I got my Pixel 4 XL screen replaced here and all was fine until about four months later when my camera stopped working. I was out of town due to work and called and talk to the manager(Kelsey I believe was the name). The manager was super nice and was willing to take care of me which I really liked. Well fast forward to the day I take my phone in to have it looked at and I was met by one of the most unprofessional technician I've ever worked with. I did not get his name, but for some reason just me inquiring about issues with my phone and trying to give details about the issue seem to have set him off. He made it apparent to tell me that the technician who worked on my phone was the best in the company and was strongly defending him when I did not mention the previous tech or talk about the quality of work. As off-putting as that was, he did not have my account pulled up or any of the information at the time of his little speech. I asked to speak with the manager since I was working with them on the phone and he proceeded to raise a finger at me trying to silence me and then said" I'll get the manager after I finish what I'm saying" which at this point was telling me the broken camera was on me and I would be paying out of pocket for this. Now I am upset because of how this technician handled the situation, but finally the manager comes out. It was the same manager I spoke on the phone with, she was very nice and wanting to work with me to get this resolved. Well while trying to talk with the manager, the technician is standing next to her trying to talk over our conversation and kept trying to cut both of us off. At this point I no longer wanted to do business with this place simply because of how I am being treated by this technician. My phone was in a case, but the case I had purchased left one tiny spot unprotected, and that is exactly where it hit. Ugh. Rough way to begin a Saturday...
I took it to Best Buy, where I bought it, and Geek Squad didn't even have an appointment available that day. Cody, the awesome Best Buy salesman who sold me my phone, suggested Asurion.
Since it was either try Asurion, or buy a new $2000 phone (+-), I didn't think I had much to lose. Away I went in search of Asurion.
WOW!! I have nothing but good things to say.
First, Fehren was super friendly and compassionate. I explained that I run my small business from my phone, and she told me they would do their level best to get it repaired that day. Since it was a Saturday, I really couldn't ask for more than that.
Then, Fehren went on to explain thoroughly what they could and could not do. Basically, if my phone could be fixed, they would fix it but they can't fix everything people do to their electronics.
Fair enough.
Fehren also helped me select a case that would offer more protection. Since I am over 50 and have no adult children still at home to help me with my tech questions, I really appreciated the help. Don't laugh young people; you will be technologically irrelevant like me before you know it! LOL
4 hours after dropping it off, Asurion called and said I was ready to go.
I showed up and Sebastian helped me check out. He was also super kind and very helpful. My phone worked perfectly, and has been issue free for over a month!
That day, I really felt like Sebastian and Ferhren cared about my situation, and wanted to help me. I deeply appreciated that they seemed to really care about how important resolving this issue was to my small business.

My husband had a stroke 10 years ago and was an engineer for 35 years so the problems he was having due to his physical difficulties is very frustrating for him to not be able to fix these issues himself. I explained this to Kristy I also let her know that his computer is really important to him since he stays home and that's what he does with the course of his day. It lets him have a certain quality of life due to his inability to hear in one ear very difficult for him to see . a lot of physical difficulties for him. She let me know that she would try really hard to take care of all of the issues before closing time. Now I know that she was very busy and then she went out of her way to make that happen as that is usually the case in the business that she's in. I also know she went out of her way to make sure that I had that laptop taken care of before closing time. This employee is absolutely Stellar for what she did for my husband!! I will continue to be a client in the future I'm extremely happy with the customer service and the service in general now you know why Krristy is a rockstar this is only my second review I've ever left in my entire 61 years of age but I thought it was important to express how amazing this employee was how professional she was and my husband is extremely happy. None of that would have happened if she was not as diligent as she was in her ability to get things done in a timely fashion and also to push the envelope to get it done for somebody that has special needs.
