Doud's market — Attraction in Mackinac Island

Doud's is the only grocery store on the island and it's all you'll need. They also have a great selection of OTC medicines, hygiene products and more. You'll find a good selection of dairy, meats, vegetables, pasta, canned goods, bakery products and a number of prepared sandwiches and hot items. They also have a ton of drink options, cookies, hummus, cereal and much, much more. And, they have multiple self-checkout machines in addition to full-serve checkout. Finally, they're open until midnight! Great store. P.s. prices are higher than off-island, it's expensive to maintain a grocery store...

It’s definitely A nice market and convenient for those who are visiting and those who are living on the island. The Problem I’ve been noticing Is they let too many people at one time to come in the market (not everybody comes in and buys stuff, just window shop).
