The food was good, however...our 19 year old daughter ordered a simple Italian salad. They didn't bring it with the food, because it was never put on the order. So, we ordered again and paid for it. Waited almost 45 minutes (by this time everyone else was done eating) only to find that they somehow lost the order. So 10 minutes into waiting a third time, the girl comes out and says "well it looks like the rest of you are done eating, so do you want to just get this to go or cancel it"? Really? We were on bicycles. How were we supposed to get this to go? So, we stuck it out, and almost an hour after we walked into the place she got her salad that probably took less than two minutes to make. No "sorry", or "they'll be no charge for that". We were made to feel like they wanted us to go on and leave because there were no tables to be had and other people were looking to sit down. One helpful tip...if you go there, check out the table situation first and if there is an open one have someone sit at it. By the time you order, odds are you will either be standing when your food comes or you will be asking them to put it in a to go bag. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST pizza restaurant!!!! And a TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! Don't waste your time or money.
#1 Website says they do delivery. When I called to place the order was told they only deliver after 8:00 pm. Dishonest and misleading!
#2 Online menu said they offered a prime rib sub sandwhich, which my son had wanted for dinner. The person taking the order said they didn't have that and never have, despite the menu stating it was available.
#3 When I went to pick up my order I had to wait in the "order here" line with 20 people ahead of me, took 25 minutes just to pick up my order. Stupid business people, all they need is a "pick up here" sign.
#4 Ordered a deep dish pizza that was laughable at best. It was no more a deep dish pizza than calling Dominoes gourmet. The Island Slice Pizza's deep dish was nothing more than a thick doughy crust was some sauce and a light sprinkling of toppings. Ordered sausage and bacon with mushroom, onion and green pepper. The pizza was all vege with barely any sausage and bacon was nonexistent .

Not sure what happened. We walked into town and seen on the windows that they had free delivery. Awhile later we remembered and asked our front desk person at our resort how it worked. She replied by saying it depends on the day.
So we called Island Slice and asked if they were delivering that day - she told us they were but at 7:00PM. We waited an hour or so to call and order after 7:00. When I called the first time, she immediately put me on hold. I hung up after about 6 minutes. The other guest with me called and asked for delivery and the worker responded, “did you just call here 7 minutes ago?” And proceeded to hang up on them.
So we waited that hour or so for nothing. We ended up not being able to eat until super late due to waiting for 7PM.
