Tractor Supply Co. — Attraction in Madison

I’m not sure what has happened with our Tractor Supply. I go in at-least 1-2x week and there is always a long line with normally 1 cashier along with isles blocked with unpacked merchandise. Other Employees walk by with no assistance to the sole cashier as they obviously see the long line. Each time there are usually perturbed people, I have at times been one of them. Saturday 3/20/21 the same thing happened, and several rude customers had verbally let this sweet girl have it with their dissatisfaction. As I was leaving another cashier finally jumped on another register. When I turned the girl was in tears. Broken! Treat your employees and customers better. We choose to shop at your store instead of Walmart. So get too it!!!...

What did you do with the CE Schmidt brand? I bought them for years for my husband and he still has them. I needed a shirt for the cool weather and got one of your new Ridgecut brand TOUGHWEAR shirts. I've had it for about 2 weeks, worn it about 5 or 6 times and I need to cut the sleeves off and make it short sleeve which defeats the purpose of a long sleeve shirt for cool weather. The elbow areas on both sides are just a big shredded hole. I sure am glad my husband wasn't using it for a work shirt. Trash....

Like alot of people I have been shopping with them for several years. I bought a new pair of boots from them 7 months ago and paid $120 dollars and the inside of the left boot came apart and I can't wear them anymore and there return policy is for 30 days or the discretion of the store manager. They wouldn't exchange or refund. Personally I think a pair of boots should last longer than 6 months when they cost so much. So here is the out come of there greedy ways, "I WILL NEVER SHOP...
