Although the place is fun, it is disappointing that parents of little kids aren’t allowed on the big slide, i have a 3yo that loves slides however your slide is way too slippery for the little ones that don’t weight more than 20lb, also the slide under in the tunnel doesn’t have enough padding and my daughter and other 2 kids got slightly hurt,, again they’re too new and way too slippery, the little ones bounce their head with the slide, very dangerous indeed. It is my first time here and i will not come back, there are plenty of other places that do allow us parents to slide with our little ones, my two favorite ones are located in South Blvd “Just Play” and “Unwind” this last one e doesn’t have big slides but their customers are treated superb. Again this is my last time here and it is disappointing because the place has a lot of potential but their senseless limitations will keep parents like us away from here. Update regarding your response to my feedback.
Not agreeing with your policy doesn’t mean i was rude to you or your staff, i simply stated my opinion on the matter, i did not yell at your staff nor was i rude to your manager, i just gave them my feedback and i didn’t threatened your manager either, i just mentioned to her, i will not come back to your place and even more so now, knowing how close minded you as owner and your staff is. You need to be open to good and bad feedback to try to improve the service, however, rejecting bad feedback will only take you to fail as a business. There are plenty of playgrounds more welcoming and more open to our kids and parents alike, even cheaper than yours. So good luck, i wish you the best but i invite you to be more open minded or...
Read moreTook my child to the Grand Opening this past weekend and she had a blast!
The inside was super bright and cute, with tons of eye-catching colors. The place is massive and they had so many options.
Towards the end, she discovered the swings underneath, which were a big hit! Psss…there’s also a smaller slide as well!!
The parent seating area, designed like a stadium, is adorable!
The party rooms are absolutely stunning, especially the Pink one! 😍💞
The cheese pizza was delicious...who doesn't love pizza? 😅
The interactive gaming was really cool, allowing parents to play while their kids were in the ball pit.
My child absolutely loved the building blocks too. I really appreciate that they have two mini trampolines in the smaller kids' area, which makes it easier for parents to supervise.
I highly recommend wearing comfortable clothing because there's so much to do that your child will be running from one thing to the next!
The cotton candy machine was something I had never seen before, and it was pretty awesome, although I didn't let my toddler have any, haha!
The old-fashioned cars were absolutely adorable!
And last but not least...the characters were my favorite! They even had Paw Patrol, so that's a huge plus if you're planning a Paw Patrol birthday party for your child!
Totally recommend for ages 2 and up to get the most bang for your buck and at first I didn’t think 2 hrs was enough time but my kid was sleep before we got out of the parking...
Read moreI’ve visited High-five Playhouse twice now and my son and I really enjoy it. My son recently had a birthday party there last weekend and we had overall a good experience but I do wish our party host told us to leave in a kinder manner. Our party was over at 12 and we were out of the play area by 12:15. The party room was completely empty by 12 pm. We were on the side where the chairs were by 12:15 gathering last minute things but by 12:20 our party host came to me and told us we had to leave now and was very rude about it. I understand that we were still in the building 20 mins after party time but we were not in the party room or play area whatsoever.. just on the side gathering things and putting kids shoes on. I would understand more if the facility was busier or if we were in anyone’s way but like I mentioned, our party room was empty and the next party hadn’t arrived yet. At 12:20 the building alone wasn’t even as busy as it was 30 mins prior. I’m really big on customer service and I wish our birthday party experience didn't end that way. I also wish they wouldn’t tell us to start packing up 15 mins before our party time ends which cuts us short of our 2hours that we have booked. I wish they had longer slots in between parties to avoid people from feeling...
