The person working in the shop was extremely unprofessional. While waiting in line on the sidewalk the lady working there came from behind the counter and to the front door to scold us for standing on the public sidewalk because it could hinder people from walking into her business. Mind you there are only two of us, so it was not a large group that would have been covering the whole entrance anyways. We reminded her that she did not own the sidewalk and that we had the right to be there just as much as any one else. Of course we would move and not block the whole sidewalk if someone wanted to enter because that's just common sense. To that we were yelled at and "thanked" for visiting. What a warm welcome for any potential customer. While we there for 15 minutes only a single customer entered and unsurprisingly bought nothing. Based upon some of the other reviews it looks like other have had similar encounters with their "hospitality". Possibly the worst customer service ever experienced. Never been treated so poorly by staff simply for browsing. I work in retail/customer service, so I understand how to converse with guests in a store. It is not difficult to at least be kind. We smiled and said hello while walking in to shop and browse for gifts for my family. Mind you we are three grown adults. The man behind the counter was extremely rude and yelled at each of us three times. We did not touch anything, yet were still somehow doing something wrong in his eyes. Do not go into this shop, unless you want your outing to be ruined by rudeness. I recommend literally any other shop on the strip, where kindness is given and received. Bitter man. Wish I could...

Stopped in on a whim and I was very impressed with the quality of the jewelry. The guy working the counter was super helpful and respectful.

While I was there I did notice that another group of customers tried to enter the shop without masks despite there being a very noticeable mandatory mask sign, to which the guy kindly asked them to mask up. In response, they threw a huge fit like a bunch of babies. The guy asked again politely to either wear their masks or leave.

Definitely recommend this place, it helps to know the owners care about public safety. Will absolutely...
