Decent. That’s what I can say. Not gross but certainly not good. Ululani ‘s was way better. The guy hardly put any syrup on our shave ice. For two extra dollars for a scoop of local ice cream, you get a tiny dab of soft serve in the bottom. I don’t hardly consider that a scoop of local ice cream. I supposed they call it local in that it came out of the soft serve machine right in front of you. They also charge a dollar extra if you want natural flavors. I guess at least they give you the option. Our rainbow shave ice was the palest rainbow I’ve ever seen. Plenty of white ice that had not been touched by the flavoring. I'm visiting Maui once in a while. I've heard good things about Breakwall Shave Ice so I decided to try it out. I ordered Strawberry Guava alcoholic shave ice. It was too much alcohol there that's why I didn't like it. The other thing is....STAFF- no aloha spirit, slow and unfriendly. I was talking to Venezuelan girl working there (I think she said she's a manager there, but I'm not sure), and she hasn't smiled even once, didn't ask 'how are you', for sure she doesn't like her job. Shaved ice— excellent Customer service— needs some work.

I got the kids size tiger blood with vanilla soft serve and a snowy cap. It was so good and the perfect treat after walking around Lahaina. However we went there 2 times and both times customer service wasn’t very welcoming. There was no “hello what can I get you” or or even a smile. It was more of an annoyed stare.
