Black Rock Pier is a beautiful spot with a stunning white sandy beach and calm, clear waters that are perfect for swimming and snorkeling. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery, and the beach is clean and well-maintained.

The cliff jumping is a major highlight and draws quite a crowd, so expect it to be lively, especially during peak times. While the snorkeling was enjoyable, I found other nearby spots better for seeing turtles and a wider variety of fish.
