Fairway Shops — Local services in Maui

Stopped to get shaved ice. Both employees were so friendly and sweet to my kids. They both offered suggestions to help make the decision process easier. They also have a small freezer with ice cream in it. Which is what one of my kiddos wanted. The shaved ice were so big they offered a holder for it. The shaved ice shop was clean and well lit. The outside of the complex was a little more dirty. The trash cans were full (it was the end of the day) and some trash in the street. Plenty of parking spots. Never understood who owns this strip mall. Are they individually owned? I have seen business after business come and go. The Fairway Shops are located along Highway 30 in Ka'anapali just north of the Kualapa Loop bridge. Access is easy from either the highway or via Keka'a Drive if you're on Ka'anapali Parkway. It's a newer-looking, single level strip mall that's probably 95% occupied from what I saw. The tenant list was a mix of a few restaurants, small shops, local businesses and services.
