Shout out to the few real people that actually left genuine feedback in their reviews. Had no idea this company was bribing their clients to leave 5 star reviews for discounts on future massages, otherwise we would have never been mislead that they were a reputable massage place...
My friend and I echo every negative feedback given on their reviews based on our experience there yesterday morning. My masseuse was 6 min late (we were 15 min early, so over 20 min of waiting in our assigned shared room), never introduced herself, no music, no communication due to their language barrier, no massage credentials or practice, used one hand most of the time, and ended the massage early...yet still expected full price and a tip.
My friend's masseuse (Lily) who was also in the shared room took a personal phone call for about 4 minutes straight in loud a dilect of an asian language completely stopping her massage for that duration of time and disrupting what should have been a relaxing massage environment.
The massage itself was the worst part by far though. Imagine paying for a swedish/lomi lomi and receiving what feels like your parents abruptly shaking you in the morning to wake up for school as a kid for an entire massage session. Everything she (Angie) did was rough and painful. Towards the end I finally spoke up and told her, "please stop you're hurting my skin" but it took 3 times of saying it before she brought her phone over for me to speak it into her Google translate bc again, she speaks no English.
I feel like was robbed of a massage and over $105 after tax and tip which felt like a crime to tip someone who was late and left early and the massage itself was horrendous but I felt pressured to tip regardless.
If you like your back and your money I strongly encourage you to go...

I recently experienced a deep tissue massage, and it was truly transformative. From start to finish, the session was tailored to address my specific needs and areas of tension.
Lily was highly skilled, taking the time to understand my concerns and preferences before beginning. The pressure was firm but never overwhelming, and they frequently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. As someone who holds a lot of stress in my shoulders and lower back, I felt the therapist’s targeted techniques were incredibly effective in relieving those tight knots.
The environment was calming, with soft lighting and soothing music, which added to the overall relaxation. Although there were moments of intensity during the massage (as expected with this type of treatment), I could feel the tension melting away with each movement.
After the session, I noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility and a reduction in soreness. My body felt lighter and more aligned, and I slept better that night than I had in weeks.
If you’re looking for a massage that goes beyond relaxation and focuses on real, therapeutic benefits, I highly...
Read moreThis is the worst massage I’ve ever received. I’m writing this review for those that should avoid going here if you have chronic pain, back issues, or any special needs that can’t be communicated as the workers here do not speak English well. I explained from the beginning that I preferred gentle pressure, but due to the severe language barrier she did not listen to me and actually caused me to have lower back and bilateral rib cage pain (I’m still sitting here in pain as I write this review). At one point I shouted out in pain because it hurt so bad when she applied harsh pressure to my midline back. The massage also included hot stone, which she did not wait until it cooled and applied directly to my back which again, caused me a lot of pain. At the end she tried to get me to leave a five star review here to receive “$5 off for next time.” When you pay via tablet, the only options for tip are 25% plus, which was ridiculous given most places you can tip as low as 18% to start (which she didn’t even deserve that). Overall, this was an awful experience and I would strongly advise to look for a more...
