Golden Gate — Attraction in Mayfield Heights

Made an appointment last week with Ann for Friday at 5:15. When I got there, they had my appointment but did not have me scheduled with ANN. The owner looked for my phone number and found that I had made an appointment but whoever took the appointment forgot to put me down for Ann. Owner offered me to get my nails done by someone else. Owner should have offered some type of compensation for their error in booking. I booked that appointment a week earlier and was furious because I waited for ANN. I left and canceled the appointment because every other tech I have had do my nails up there work was far inferior to Ann’s including the owners. Ann lost a customer because of their incompetence in booking. In my opinion, they need to find someone and pay them to take appointments only. Decided to go to finished finger. They have been recommended to me months ago. I will go this Saturday. Sorry Ann.. I am The fourth person that you have lost that I know of because of lack of customer service or incompetent booking. I love Golden Gate. It's my favorite plaza EVER! Fresh Thyme Market actually has amazing prices on produce and meat, yet has specialty items like Sushi etc. JoAnn Stores is a really nice store with a wide variety of home goods, crafts,cake supplies and sewing machines and fabric. Carter's has absolutely beautiful clothes for younger children. K and G and Men's Warehouse are brother stores, one offering top shelf Men's Warehouse clothes and the other offering Men's Warehouse less expensive things plus women's suits and clothes and kids' too. Chuck E Cheese is kinda ok attracts a rougher crowd these days. The bookstore is phenomenal selling used books cheap. And there are both a BMV and a DMV, one for car plates and the other for Drivers licenses and Drivers tests. There's a Dollar Tree, which gets pretty disorganized because it's busy in there, and there's a extra fantastic Japanese restaurant in back, Otani. There's a plus size women's store Lane Bryant-beautiful clothes a little pricey but worth it. There's a new restaurant the Crafty Crab which is pricey but I haven't been there yet....

Hi everyone I pray all is well with those who read this I just left Golden Gate I had to go to American Eyewear to pick up my contacts I can see now .....as always American Eyewear is an awesome place for eyeglasses and for contacts and very reasonable and they have a good choice of stylish glasses I've been going there for 5 years now and I've had the same doctor and he's awesome very thorough and any questions that I've ever asked he's answered the people who work at their front are awesome to.. today there was someone new who was a little bit unsure of things but she's a sweetie so bear with her so that was my morning have a blessed day everyone. OOPS I mustn't forget the young lady was in the back short blonde hair she was awesome she checked my eyes before I went in to see the doctor very pleasant and today when I went back to get my contacts she assisted me to make sure I got them because the young lady at the front did not realize they were at front desk kudos to you you're awesome keep that smile and personality which I feel is real we need...
