Puff N' Stuff — Attraction in Mayfield Heights

Alwas a good place to go been goin for 10 years and all was spend at least 40 bucks and live 45 miles away and i have at least takin 20 new people in there that shop there now but to this day when i walk in and see the same people workin and sometimes even the old man they treat me like a new customer kinda upset bout this and whoever was new last week that waited on me was very rude and gave me and a possible new customer dirty looks as i was spending another 50 bucks there i might only shop here once or twice a month but dam 10 years of that u think they know me by first name now hell been goin to harbor frieght down the road for 6 months and there r 2 ladies that recognize me and call me by my first name allready i owned a small bussiness for years and i would recognize a second time customer i still see them from 25yrs ago and remember what they bought get with it girls u could do alot more bussiness with more smiles and remember...

One of the few head shops not to small nice size plenty of cool unique items. Kinda pricy if your into the CBD products they went from having gummies and a poster in the window to getting a whole new display to show off all the new CBD items. Ive personally never tried them but ive heard alot of good things. I personaly like the incense i get dragons blood fairy dust and few others. Plenty of gag gifts and alot of diffrent gift ideas even thoes hard to buy for. Again kinda $ but easy access from mayfield rd an freeway by plenty of stores and places to grab food. DO NOT GO HERE!! Unless you want bad service and a bitchy manager named Mary who does not let you return a product that you purchased that has a manufactured problem 3 minutes after purchasing it! Not only that it's a safety hazard! This has happened to more than 2 people I know!! . If I can save people from going there and having the same experience I did I hope it works. There return policy is a joke!! Please save yourself the hassle.
