I'm very disappointed with Best Buy's return policy. Fifteen day return policy isn't enough time to return something that's not an electronic product that's sealed and unused. Another thing is that their service is poor. As I walked in on February 3 on a Saturday evening, there were three employees at the door talking and laughing and I needed some help and the older gentleman sent me to the camera section where there was nobody to help me so I was lost not knowing what SD card would fit my camera. I approached two ladies about 20 feet from the door at the electronics register I assume. There was a brunette and a blonde, when I spoke to the lady with the blonde hair in English she kept talking to me in Spanish, I expect to be spoken to in the language I feel comfortable talking in which is real rude on her part. I needed to pay for an item and she sent me away to pay at the front registers. I encountered a man that helped me in letting me know that the SD card was ok to use on my camera so I took his word on it so I purchased the SD card and left the store. The event that took part that same evening, I couldn't take pictures because I was sold the wrong SD card and now I lost out on that event that I paid for to see and use my camera on. Seems the next day I had a lady in returns and gentlemen also that radioed another employee to come help me with the SD card. The gentleman at the camera was very knowledgeable of cameras and SD cards and recommended what card I should use. Turns out he helped me get what I needed. One day to another you have a sorry crew and the next you have wonderful people. Learn to choose your employees carefully for your business sake. The food is pretty good at la Costa Grill, but this is the second time we’ve gotten bad service. The first time was terrific. The second time the waitress wasn’t very friendly. The third time we took out of town guests and the service was terrible. We were the first one the list to be seated and they kept seating groups of people ahead of us. Had to ask three times why it was taking so long for a group of 5. Finally, the waiter took our order. Brought us the snacks, but never brought our drinks. Had to talk to the manager about getting our drinks, since people seated after us were getting their food and drinks pretty quickly. Finally we received our food, but by that time we were pretty upset and couldn’t enjoy the dinner. Very disappointing experience for a dinner...
