I took my family here for the ice bumper tubes and possibly ice for the 1st time in our lives. We paid our fee and waited for our session to come up. What I thought was a bumper tube for photos, I sat my daughter on it for a photo and I get YELLED at by the manager to get my daughter off the bumper tube because it was a broken. I immediately began to remove my daughter and I apologized. During the process of removing my daughter again he SCREAMS at me, "IT WAS ALREADY BROKEN AND NOW YOU PROBABLY BROKE IT EVEM MORE." Once I finally removed my daughter he still continued BERATE my family and me by saying, "DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN." He then goes to the cashier behind the counter and he tells her in a condescending tone, (in front of customers) she has to watch what all customers are doing at all time. So of course after the way we were treated we naturally asked for our money back so we could leave. Even, the cashier felt so embarrassed about the situation that she almost cried as she was returning our money. If I could give this place zero...

All my children who were trying their best to stay off the flooring and having no prior ice skating experience while falling and on their knees were being harassed by 2 young staff, singled us out , and threatened expulsion. While being escorted to front desk for my refund I told my side of the story. He apologized and said I didnât have to leave that second allowing me to pack up my children. Manager then had the 2 staff help teach half of my kids how to ice skate for 5 minutes until we were all ready . The manager apologized one again and shook my hand while we followed thru with his request to leave . Very...
Read moreThe general manager came out screaming at people to "get off the carpet" that they laid down on the rink for an event later that evening. He literally threw a bag at a lady and was throwing a huge man baby fit. If you're the manager and you're seeing this
If you're going to put a tiny white piece of printer paper saying "don't skate on the carpet" IN PENCIL...don't expect people to actually see it.
Either close the rink to public skating to avoid them ruining your carpet or wait until after public skating hours are over to set up for an event.
Go to therapy. Because I'm getting the vibe you have/had an emotionally incestuous relationship with your mother given your inability to regulate your own emotions.
Will not be going back âșïž
P.s get better skates made in...
