I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve, a locksmith from May Hardware, and I couldn't be more impressed. He came to my home to replace several failing latches—both on interior doors and a few that exit the house—and handled every detail with professionalism and ease.
From the moment he arrived, Steve was incredibly personable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, why certain latches had failed, and what the best options were for replacement. His depth of knowledge was immediately apparent, and I appreciated how efficiently and skillfully he worked.
What really stood out, though, was Steve’s professionalism. He showed up on time, was fully prepared, and clearly cared about doing the job right the first time. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a friendly, approachable demeanor.
If you're looking for someone trustworthy, competent, and easy to work with for any locksmith-related needs, I can’t recommend Steve highly enough. He’s a true asset to May Hardware, and I’ll definitely be calling them again...
Read moreLast weekend my husband and I were looking forward to a relaxing weekend at our RV in SISCRA. We drove up to Donnelly on Friday from the valley after a long tiring week. We drove into Donnelly and spoke to a gal who works at the C Store in Donnelly. She was so helpful! She got out the local phone book and started giving us phone numbers of lock smiths. We called a few different lock smith in the phone book and wasn’t getting anywhere. No one could unlock an RV. One of the lock smiths we called recommended May Lock. We did.. and they saved us. The gentleman was on another job in Banks but said he could get to us in about an hour and a half. He meet us at the gate and was able to unlock our RV and save our weekend. Thank you...

Several people were shaking the doors and were obviously upset. Small businesses are having difficulty surviving and one employee pointing to his watch and shaking his head was rude and disrespectful. McCall is a great community and we enjoyed shopping, meeting wonderful people and business owners. The thing that stands out however was the rude staff at "May Ace Hardware." CUSTOMER SERVICE folks! That means never turning so.eo e away, especially in...
