Tandem Home — Attraction in Medford

I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for my home furnishing needs again! These guys are so amazing! Helpful, friendly, and patient! They answered every single question without hesitation and they were extremely knowledgeable. They explained what each brand set of mattresses were, the differencs between them, which ones were softer and firmer, and even knew a bit about each brands history and background! They were also amazingly on top of it when a supply chain issue delayed my mattress purchase. I called to check on it, as they'd told me when I might expect it based on when I ordered it and their delivery schedule, and we found out it hadn't arrived. They called me back the next day (I'd called late and knew it's be the next day), to apologize and inform me that it was a supply issue. After that, they kept me in the loop, and called to check in at least once a week, whether they had new information or not. They were incredibly kind throughout the entire process. When my mattress did arrive (I believe it was about 2 weeks later than wed originally thought, possibly 3), they called immediately to let me know, and offered to deliver it to us at any time. My Husband and I have never utilized a Google review for validation, until now. We took time out of our busy professional day to visit this establishment by recommendation of the "consignment seller from Facebook Marketplace. The item listed was for $1200. When we showed interest with the private owner, he directed us to this establishment as he had an own on consignment there. We had offered the private owner $1000 unseen. Upon arriving to this establishment, we were escorted to the item for sale by the business owner. While he escorted us, he made local "digs" to Garrisons Furniture which was off putting. He then claims to have been a previous Garrisons employee for 4 years. When we located the item we were there for, it was suddenly marked for $1575!!! When we tried to explain why we were there for the presented price that was presented, his response was, "I believe you and I don't need to see the ad you saw". Yet, we were blown off. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! We had so much more to say to him, but as conservative people, we chose to walk...

I loved working with Danial Shaddox, he was so helpful and informative. I felt like I got a great deal on my new flex steel couch and being able to pick out the fabrics and colors I wanted was so nice as well. When we received the couch - 2 months early) we loved it so much I ordered an ottoman to match, I will definitely go back when I’m ready to get a matching love seat or 2 chairs (can’t decide which one I want yet).
