Update on this review. Superior sent out a replacement on my order and kept in communication the entire time with shipping updates. I got a message saying they received confirmation my package was delivered. Unfortunately I did not receive it due to UPS delivering to the wrong address. This happens often as my neighbor hood is difficult to navigate. I was disappointed with UPS. NOT SUPERIOR. Once they heard about this they refunded my purchase. I insisted they didn’t due to their great customer service and making it right the first time around. They wouldn’t take no as an answer. I’m blown away. My grandson wanted Valabasa for Christmas so I ordered 3 outfits from them online, the total came to 496.00 they sent a text with the order number and it was confirmed but after some time I didn’t hear from them.
