I recently had the misfortune of visiting a local smoke shop that left me incredibly dissatisfied. The entire experience was nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to save others from wasting their time and money.

First and foremost, the store's customer service was abysmal. The staff members were unhelpful, rude, and seemed completely disinterested in assisting customers. When I asked for recommendations or assistance, I was met with sighs and eye-rolls as if I were inconveniencing them. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated with such disrespect as a paying customer.

Furthermore, the smoke shop's product selection was incredibly limited and outdated. The shelves were poorly stocked, and the items on display appeared dusty and neglected. It was evident that the store had made no effort to keep up with the latest trends or offer a diverse range of products to cater to different preferences. I was hoping to find a specific item, but I left empty-handed and thoroughly disappointed.

The prices were exorbitant for the quality and selection available. It felt like the store was taking advantage of its customers by charging inflated prices for subpar products. I could have easily found the same items at other smoke shops or online retailers for a fraction of the cost. It's frustrating to see a business prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction.

Lastly, the overall atmosphere of the smoke shop was unwelcoming. The store was poorly lit, unclean, and lacked any sort of aesthetic appeal. It felt more like a shady back-alley shop than a reputable establishment. The lack of care and attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the store.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting this smoke shop. The terrible customer service, limited selection, high prices, and unwelcoming atmosphere make it a complete waste of time and money. I called in ahead to make sure they’ve got what Im looking for and the owner insisted in visit the store and wouldn’t give me any info over the phone besides “come in and I’ll help you, we have what you’re looking for”. I walk 25 mins to the store bc everywhere else does not what I’m looking for. I get there a moment ago and the same person starts to show me what he has for stock. He indeed did NOT have what I was looking for. I will never return as a customer.

Update: I had been contacted by the “owner” that same night and I politely declined his 10% off offer if I “took down my review” and I told the owner I found my product elsewhere and that was that, I wished him a nice night and he did the same to me as well. I just happen to walk in with family members and the person I assume whom wrote their response calls me by my name and asks about what happened. Now look, I don’t have an image on my account but they knew who I was and I didn’t know any of the employees were/ are. I explain that I’m all set and while he was trying to do the right thing he did push it a little to much. Even though I was with people who bought things, I had to step outside because he kept what happened on the main topic so I left. The first time I was reached out to it wasn’t an issue but now I feel a bit uneasy going there because now they know who I am because I left a review. I was offered a discount to take down my review! This is an amazing shop! Everyone is so polite and the prices are amazing! They have everything you could need for your vaping needs and more!! I have gone to so many shops and the prices don’t come close to compare! The hours are great for first shift to 3rd shift workers! I can not recommend this establishment enough!!!!!
