Meriden Commons — Attraction in Meriden

Overall wonderful place I’ve been here since the very beginning Jan of 2020 being the first tenant in my beautiful, newly built extremely spacious apartment. The first two years were nothing less than amazing and very peaceful. new tenants started moving in and it went downhill a bit the stairs are a hangout place for smokers in which no action have been taken and the parking situation is a bit annoying. The building itself is beautiful. The apartments are beautiful and amazing and updated, brand new. However, unfortunately it's surrounded by absolute trash. Trash property, trash surrounding buildings, trash people both living in and around the property. It had such potential if it would've been built after everything else was was fixed downtown. But I guess you gotta start somewhere. Hopefully they don't trash this building like they did the mills and hopefully it'll last while everything else is being built and remodeled...

I called and got to view the property the same day. Friendly staff, showed me multiple apartments to help me make a decision on what my preferred accommodations would be. They were quite quick and processing my application. And gave me all the information needed. While speaking to the majority of the tenants at this location, Most if not all of the negative posts and reviews are not the views of the of the residents here. Nor have they experienced...
