Biscayne Bay Paddleboards & Kayaks — Attraction in Miami Beach

Couldn’t stop ourselves without mentioning the names of these amazing folks there (Rick and Daniel - two brothers running family owned business). The best customer service we had ever experienced. We went on labor day long weekend, an extreme sunny day around 4 PM (appointment time) and requested them to reschedule it later in the evening and they happily agreed for whenever we are comfortable. They treated us and everyone as guests who visited their office during the appointment. Provided everything (A high quality transparent cover for holding mobile phones, drinking water, sun screen, a thick waterproof bag for holding all of our personal stuff during the whole adventure and few life jackets). They even provided us parking guidance/tips during the difficult times of public parking availability during peak hours. These guys are going to be popular very soon with their amazing customer service/hospitality.

Amazing experience of kayaking through scenic beauty across the canals and witnessing the realxing, calm and exciting ride over the miami water.

Highly recommended place for kayaking/paddling in Miami, safe for all ages (we obseved many kids enjoying these rides there along with their families).Will be coming back here soon with my group of friends and looking forward to enjoy again.

Daniel and Rick (brothers and proprietors) are Next Level with their attention to detail. They are very warm and friendly, but also very professional. You can tell they truly love what they are doing and they do it with care, ❤️heart, and excellence.

For starters, the office is immaculate and inviting and I felt welcome from the beginning. Before the tour you get expert instruction on how to paddleboard. Then they provide a bottle of water, a speaker to connect your phone and hear music 🎶, a dry bag, waterproof case for my phone since mine broke on the spot, and a life vest! Plus, they also offer pictures of your excursion!

As I'm writing this, I realize that I don't have the words to explain the wonderful experience and 💫 magical day I had. Just know that you'll not only enjoy amazing views of the Miami skyline, be entranced by the gorgeous turquoise waters, and soak up the beautiful Miami sun, but that Daniel is an absolutely amazing tour guide--knowledgeable, professional, very funny, and can take pictures from any angle on his paddleboard without losing his balance.

My gf took me kayaking as a surprise for my birthday. We ended up running 30 mins late because we didn't plan very well. We met up with Danny who was very professional and charming. My gf mentioned it was a birthday gift for me and he took pics of us and was super informative about not only places to kayak, but where to eat afterwards. I've been kayaking a several different locations in miami throughout my years, and this was by far the best I've had. Danny and his brother thought of everything. Water-proof bags. Phone cases that hung around our necks and allowed us to use the touch screens while protecting our phones, and even a water-proof speaker that we could connect with bluetooth. No other kayaking place I've been to offered half of what they offered.

The absolute highlight, that I will remember for years, is that when we came back, danny had brought us a slice of cake from a bakery nearby and lit a candle for me to blow out. I thought my gf asked him to, but she was just as surprised. That really was the final touch that completed the whole experience. He really didn't have to do that, but the initiative and thoughtfulness spoke volumes to the character and authenticity of their service!
