I have never written a review about any business, but I had to write one today. I have been a customer of this establishment for a couple of years and today they just lost a customer! I purchased a bronze lighter for ($35) with a V-cutter integrated into the lighter back in May. I noticed when I used it for the first time, that it wasn't working on demand. Due to my busy schedule, it took me about two weeks to get the lighter back to the store. I really didn't think It was a big deal to replace. The owner told me to leave it, that when he had a chance, he would check it out. Fast forward 2 weeks, when I went back to the store the owner immediately said, " oh.. you either dropped it or left it in the car because the tank is busted". Let me say, either happened. What ever happened to customer service! The lighter was defective and he should have acknowledged that and given me another one from the very beginning. Instead he said, "I don't know what happens to lighters the moment the customer leaves my store". Basically claiming, he wanted no part in dealing with me. It's not about the $35 dollars! It's about principle and ethics and customer service. I could have just purchased 10 of these lighters on Amazon and not wasted my time with an owner that is more concerned about the lighter company not reimbursing him a measurable $35. This is why businesses loose customers, for lack of customer service and support. I hope this review serves a purpose to anyone looking to buy a cigar, let alone any products...
Read moreBeen here a few times always empty so I guess its a hidden gem or I come at the wrong times. I walk in the shop with a friend and we wait around until we decide no one is coming and we walk by the humidifier and I wave at a group of people in the back. These people were playing dominoes and no one greets us. We walk in to look at the selection of cigars. I was going to purchase half a dozen Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real for my father, his favorite cigar. We were in there for what it seemed awhile. My friend was looking at a small box of cigars and the owner walks in pissed off and grabs the box out of his hands and tells him "don't touch, these are limited, sold out". So he then asks my friend if he was going to buy the box, and we thought they were sold out (according to him), he was judging my friend and i like we were broke. He then looks at us with a disturbed look on his face and says (in a rude manner) "can i help you"? So my friend tells him "not with that attitude, no thank you", so we both walked out. This man was not a gentleman he was rude and judged us. The way how he treated us made me want to tell him off and curse at him etc. But he wasn't worth it, he was human garbage. Then I realized why his cigar shop is always empty.
NEVER COMING...

I visited this cigar store with the intention of purchasing an Oliva Serie V Melanio Maduro, a favorite of mine. Upon not finding it on the shelves, I approached the clerk to inquire about its availability. Rather than assisting me, the clerk laughed in my face and dismissively told me it was an "exclusive" cigar, which it certainly is not. The lack of professionalism did not stop there; the clerk made no effort to check stock or offer an alternative suggestion, leaving me to browse alone.
I reluctantly chose a cigar from The Aging Room brand, but the entire experience was overshadowed by the clerk’s unhelpful and disrespectful demeanor. I expected a welcoming environment where I could rely on knowledgeable and courteous staff to enhance my buying experience. Unfortunately, this store failed to meet those expectations.
I do not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking quality service or a respectful shopping environment. There are plenty of other stores that will value your patronage and assist you with expertise...
