The layout is terrible in this parking lot, door dings are a commodity because of the tight spaces. Aside from that drainage is non-existent and takes OVER ONE HOUR for the parking lot to somewhat drain. You can’t access the stores here whatsoever if it rains. I don’t think you should have to take off your shoes or circle a parking lot a million times to be able to access a location. In some areas the water goes ABOVE your calf. Absolutely ridiculous!! It has been like this for years and the landlord/property manager has done nothing to remedy the situation, even though they are aware of it, I’m assuming due to not wanting to shell out the money to fix it. I am giving this resturant 2 stars because first off, the ribs are hard and mostly burned flanigans is the place to be if you want ribs, plus in flanigans you can put extra BBQ sause if you wan to and i think that just makes it a little bit better. Second the potatoes were not good at all my mom did not the baked potatoes and i chose mashed potatoes it just tasted bland. Third the bread that was for the appetizer was really small my mom had to cut the bread in 4 pieces and they were very small and the butter was ok. So in conclusion if you want a place to eat go...
