Reason 6
Minerals in the water
So this is a weird one. Whenever you open your sink before some regular looking water comes out. A bunch of acid type of water comes out for the first 4 seconds. This happens every time you Open your sink. And when you take out fridge water that you should supposedly be able to drink ! “ don’t drink it” its not worth it!!!!!! I’ve gotten very sick multiple times!
Reason 7
You cant go anywhere. Ok so this reason is not as MUCH the fault of the building management but more so the location which is still a valid reason to reconsider to move here. Every other day there will be a Miami heat game which the stadium is right across from the bezel miami world center
This accumulates so much traffic that you will not be able to Enter or leave your house a timely manner very often usually between 7pm & 10pm its gonna get hard off you to leave or get home since its gonna be completely & completely packed & yess your building “bezel miami” starts charging the visitors 40 dollar a car to park into the garage you pay monthly for so if 1000’s of cars that drive in and out of that garage every week that are not residents could damage your vehicle be careful!!!
Reason 8
Packages!
Ok so me personally!
I don’t even sent packages here
The package system is absolutely terrible
If your someone that gets packages for a living because your a influencer which a-lot of people in this building are & you get a-lot of packages do not! I repeat do not move to the bezel miami. This is an high income building with alot of the residents doing influencing & traveling I promise you that if you take a 2 week trip and your package got delivered 2 weeks ago it will not be there anymore when you get back to miami.
The system of packages isn’t done properly by the building they store your packages in a little room. Where everyone has access too. And can just grab your packages!
Just bought a brand new 4000$ dollar camera that requires signature for delivery?
Yeah don’t sent it to the bezel miami. Some unknowing concierge will sign off on it & there’s a probability your camera will be gone when you get back. And think of all the residents that make an income through getting packages… yeah unless your always there to pick up your package the second it gets delivered i recommend you to not do it
Number 9 “Being deceived “
When the management shows you the building & the apartment non of the things i just mentioned are being mentioned you will truly feel like your moving to an amazing place which is what I thought & felt.
But unfortunately! Its another misleading leasing agent just looking out for their pockets but not for you!
Number 10 Closing argument
With all this being said. I want you to make the right choices! It’s important that you choose the right place to live! Im not saying that other buildings will not have their fare share of problems ! They most probably will! But i don’t believe it should be normal to misrepresent a building in the way the bezel miami does to rip off mostly young entrepreneurs & business owners that are just looking for a nice place to live & a “supposed community living “ like i said the best place in this building the pool ! But Is singled in by permanent constructions that take years to finish & make your experience very unpleasant. Miami is one of the places where a pool is your getaway. And they made it unusable. Well this is my top 10 reasons why to NOT
move to the bezel miami!
You guys have a...
Read moreI would like to provide an updated review of my experience living in this residential building, with a focus on stating the facts and the reality of the situation. While I had previously given a 5-star review to acknowledge the pleasant nature and efforts of the leasing team, it is important to address the challenges one may encounter upon residing in this building, despite its outward appearance of luxury.
Here are some noteworthy concerns:
The steam room had been non-functional for an extended period last year, causing inconvenience to residents.
In the past year, my unit was affected by a pipe burst, necessitating my temporary relocation to a hotel for a week. While some compensation was offered, handling insurance claims and waiting approximately two months for hotel bill reimbursement added additional stress and effort on my part.
Today, I woke up to find water under my bed, resulting in a slip and back injury. Experiencing a leak issue for the second time in my unit, in addition to the initial bathtub problem, is disconcerting.
The parking lot's design has proven to be flawed, lacking security measures such as a gate or a security guard during late hours (11 pm to 6 am). This has allowed unauthorized individuals to enter freely, with elevator access to the parking floor available round-the-clock. Unfortunately, my car was broken into a few months ago due to my oversight in leaving it unlocked. Moreover, the turns within the parking lot pose a visibility challenge, potentially leading to accidents.
The elevators have experienced frequent outages, which is unexpected for a new building.
Upon moving in, maintenance work was required in my bathtub due to a leak. Unfortunately, this task was overlooked, resulting in workers entering my apartment for a couple of days, causing disruption.
Care should be taken when using the BBQ areas, as the doors underneath the BBQs often accumulate stagnant water that emits an unpleasant odor. Additionally, one of the outdoor fridges has been damaged for several months.
A few weeks ago, while walking in a public domain area, I unexpectedly encountered a water leak from the roof. This caused significant water damage on the roof, particularly on the stairs connecting the public domain to the gym area. The steam room has also been affected by water damage and rust-related issues.
While I appreciate the exceptional design and ambiance of the building, which initially attracted me to sign a lease at Bezel, it is important to address the multiple issues that have arisen. The maintenance and cleaning crew are commendable for their work, and the front desk staff, particularly Guillermo and Luisa, provide exceptional service.
However, the lack of enforcement and surveillance in the dog areas necessitates improvement. Pet owners often neglect to clean up after their pets, leaving waste unattended until the following morning when the cleaning crew arrives. This situation is unacceptable and places an undue burden on the cleaning staff.
In summary, although there are positive aspects to living here, if given the opportunity to move to another location without incurring early lease termination fees, I would seriously consider it. The numerous issues and problems faced by myself, fellow residents, and friends outweigh the pros. Given the persistent plumbing problems in the building, it seems likely that such issues will persist for a...
Read moreTo all future residents, I will give you the non most non bias review of this building. The two stars are strictly for the building itself, a beautiful building in a great location. Once you start noticing everything else they don't tell you when applying to lease at this property is why the 3 of 5 stars are missing. And when I say they, I'm talking about the leasing office employees that live in the building that they work at. Which to any one with common sense would seem like a conflict of interest and invasion of privacy so let's start there. And yes, you read that correctly, the same employees that collect your personal information, bank statements and more for your application (which is fine) will be walking around your building in plain clothes acting as if they don't know you (which is where the feeling of privacy becomes an issue). Since we are on this topic let's just name the ones that do live here, ANITA DIAS, ALEXA WELL, LUIS RANGEL.
Next let us warn you about the parking garage. First off, there are no gates to get in the garage in which they have been telling us for months that they are working on. But plenty of parking spaces are available which is usually a good thing but sadly in this case since they only allow you to park on the 7th and 11th floor which is driving up in circles about 14 times to get to the 7th floor and 20 times just to give a true vivid picture of what they will leave out. Also, something they tend to leave out is that the parking garage is going to be used for the new world center that is coming in a few months, so I'll let your imagination run wild with how fun parking is going to be then. But have no fear, residential parking in the garage is here if you want to pay $100 over non assigned parking for residence.
The maintenance staff are amazing, hard working and honest people. Concierge could be better with security measures. They will send people up to your unit if they haven’t got your ok to do so. Security…. well.. there isn’t any. Truly there is no security here at all. Leasing consultants which you will be forced to see due to them living here do their job but it’s just uncomfortable that they live here. The property managers seem a bit heavy on the deflecting side of their duties. Literally sending out emails of complaints nearly every week of what it seems like of every complaint brought to her desk.
Package room is completely unorganized so just...
