Awful customer service. 1st order was miami vice jerseys that sat with a shipping label created for weeks before we were told they were out of stock (we ordered at midnight release and they were in stock). Had to HOUND the people to get our money back (because we did not want to wait until June). 2nd order I tried to surprise my boyfriend with tshirts before flying in for a game. paid for two day shipping, package sat in their store for 3 days before being shipped after I hounded them again. Meaning our shirts arrived (by some miracle) the NIGHT before we left. A total of 8 days after being ordered (meaning my paying extra for 2 day shipping was a waste). The workers are also rude and will say anything to get you off the phone (for example both times we were told our orders were FOR SURE ON THE WAY or they were FOR SURE PROCESSING A REFUND when the workers knew damn well our stuff had not shipped and we could SEE that a fedex label had been created but fedex was awaiting the package). Unfortunate to say that whoever administrates this store is not a professional. Hours of Operations states that the store is OPEN however when we arrive to the location it is CLOSED. The least you can do for Miami Heat fanatics is state proper hours of operation. It was truly disappointing to have driven all the way from Fort Lauderdale to find the store is not open whatsoever. When calling the store nobody answered, understandable, since the store was closed. A suggestion would be to properly keep your clients updated or no?
