I went for the Botox (copyrighted) promotion they have going on for $250 to any area. I have had many Botox treatments in the past so I am very aware. I did mention how cheap the price was, and I was still told I was being charged for Botox at the front desk and what they are promoting on the flyer. When I went inside the doctors office after paying I was told the product they use is not Botox (false advertising) it was going to be Jeuveau, a knock off botox product that is now in the market. The doctor was very nice herself, and I explained to her my needs and what I was looking for when she told me then she did not work with Botox, but this other product Jeuveau. I did my research while I was there and trusted her for it to work and no side effects. As the days passed, my forehead which was the area I went in for treatment had no visible changes. Exactly it’s been a month since treatment, I have called the office multiple times as I was told to reach out to the office in 14 days for a retouch if needed and they do not answer the phone. I am very concerned and upset at the way they are handling this and more people should be aware that they are selling a product that is not Botox as advertised and will not give me a reply as to why I have not been able to contact the office or come in to see the doctor. I’ve wanted laser hair removal for years but hesitated due to cost, time, unclean/unprofessional offices etc. I did my underarms today and the entire experience was amazing! The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. My technician answered all my questioned and talked to me through the whole procedure so I felt informed and relaxed. And another technician jumped in to help me check out when her coworker was busy with another client which I thought was very kind and truly top notch professionalism. The office is serene, not crowded and most importantly CLEAN! In fact, I booked a mani/pedi for next week solely because I happened to watch the nail tech cleaning the nail room meticulously and I was thoroughly impressed! I was super excited to try this place because they have very good reviews, and I specifically requested to book with Marietta since everyone in the reviews talks about how amazing she is... She was super unprofessional because she was literally talking on the phone the whole entire time. I found it extremely rude that she stopped explaining the procedure to me multiple times to answer the phone... At one point she was even talking on the phone DURING the treatment.
