I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my long-anticipated no-date Submariner from the Rolex Boutique in the Miami Design District, and the experience was simply exceptional from start to finish.

I had been registered originally and waiting for several stainless steel model, and was originally working with another associate. When she left the company, I was reassigned to Andrew Tassara—and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better transition.

Andrew displayed incredible professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine passion for the Rolex brand.His sales skills are outstanding, but more importantly, he approaches each interaction with sincerity, humility, and care. He took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and always made me feel like a valued client—not just a transaction. His product knowledge, passion for the brand, and calm, respectful demeanor made the entire experience feel effortless and elevated. Without a doubt, Andrew is a tremendous addition to the Rolex team—he represents the brand with integrity and excellence.

I want to share my families experience while visiting different Rolex ADs while on vacation. It is my husband and I's 10 year wedding anniversary this year. We were hoping to celebrate this milestone with Rolex watches. This would be my husband's first Rolex and he is dying to get one. His birthday is in 2 months so even if we both couldn't get one, my hope was we could at least secure one for him. When we walked into this AD, a SA named Sebastian greeted us immediately. He was high energy, friendly, and expressed his desire to help us. Unfortunately they didn't have available the watch my husband was wanting. If we had been staying in town longer, I truly believe this SA would have secured it for us but sadly we only had a couple more days. We tried 3 more ADs in the area. Complete opposite experience. One of them even had the exact watch he wanted. 2 of them were on display. The SA was put out with having to let him try it on. And when asked if it was available to purchase, the answer was no. They didn't ask for our contact info or offer to reach out should anything become available. They were not interested in helping us in the least. The stark comparison between the cold interactions at other stores versus the warm and helpful interaction at this Miami Design District store was disappointing. Thank you to this store for trying! For seeing us. For listening to us. And for trying to offer options. It was appreciated very much! Please keep us this level of customer service. You are a gem in this area!
