I had a very disappointing experience at TJ Maxx tonight (01/27/2025). As a frequent shopper at this location and a TJ Maxx credit card holder who spends significant amounts of money, I was shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior I encountered.
The cashier, Betsy, was incredibly rude. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. At the end of the transaction, she pushed the bag toward me instead of handing it to me properly. Additionally, I was exchanging a pair of pants, and she completed the return without charging me for the new item, causing unnecessary delays as I had to wait for the credit to process back onto my card.
What made this situation even worse was that the manager, Ashley, was present and did nothing to intervene or address Betsyâs unacceptable behavior. As a paying customer, I find it unacceptable that such rude and dismissive actions occurred in front of management without any regard for customer service or professionalism.
I expected far better treatment from a store I frequently shop at and invest so much money into. I hope this issue is addressed with both employees to ensure better service for loyal customers...
   Read moreI am a regular customer from this location, but I have noticed that the quality of the employees has decreased for the afternoon shift. I was attended by cashier Jasmine O. she was very rude, no customer greeting, she was throwing the stuff inside the bag. I had a lot of merchandise, so she seems upset, she even missed to place two items in the bags and I noticed when I got home, she was having personal conversations with other employees. She tried scanning the same item 2 times and when I told her, she looked at me with a very disrespectful face.
The fitting rooms are very dirty, I had to step on my shoes to avoid placing my feet on the floor, clothes get dirty when you try them on. I brought it to the managers attention, and she assured that they get cleaned every day, but you can tell they really donât.
