At first I thought booking with All My Sons was going to be perfect! I reached out to several moving companies and felt like All My Sons was going to be the best fit for us. Ryan was very personable on the phone and kind. I called two days before and am unsure who I spoke with to see about what time they’d be coming and got told they were busy and they’d call me tomorrow. I should have said right then I no longer need their service, but I didn’t. The day of our move two guys show up and they don’t say a word to me, I’m already down stairs at the garage so I show them what’ll need moved from the garage and then on our way up to the apartment one of them immediately starts complaining that there’s a single set up stairs up to the 2nd floor of our apartment, which the company was made aware of when I booked with them. I go on to show them what all will be moved and not moved in our apartment and that the bed frame would need to be take apart and one of the guys rolls his eyes and sighs and then say their going to get the truck ready. On my way out the door I was taking some things to my husbands car and they are still in the upstairs hallway where all the apartments are located looking out the hallway window and one guy says “there’s no where for us to park with all these cars in the way” (there may have been some language in that sentence) they have their truck across the street where people can park on either side of the road. I tell them I think I know who owns this car I can maybe get them to move it and one of the guy says “that’ll be great” and they go and sit in the truck while I try to figure something out. My husband then goes up to them in the truck and the guy just stares at him from the window and my husband had to point for him to roll the window down and my husband told him “hey they didn’t answer their door but we’ll keep trying for now y’all can park here” and the guy continued to smoke his vape and told my husband “okay” and rolled the window back up. They never got out of the car. I then called Ryan and told him this guy has been complaining since he got here and I asked for 2 new guys or we were just going to go ahead and cancel. He got me two new guys within an hour and for the most part they were wonderful. They got to work right away. I went to sonic for them and go t them 2 44 oz ocean waters a piece so they had one to drink while they pack and one while they unpack at our new house. My only complaint about them is they didn’t put our bed back together correctly and missing/broken hardware to the bed were found in the garage so now my husband and I have to figure out where those pieces go and try to find new hardware. I was also charged for supplies that were not used. I got charged for a mattress protector when I purchased some on my own and already had them on the mattresses prior to them getting there (pictures in below photos), and for a mirror box when they did not move any mirrors, I moved all mirrors myself. All and all I guess I should have done better research and went with a different moving company.

Read moreI had requested a move from a third story, two bed apartment in Norman to a second story, two bed apartment in SW OKC. The drive was 30-40 minutes with traffic. I had a bunch (30?) of boxes, one TV, two desks in pieces, two chairs, a queen mattress and frame (also in pieces), a twin XL mattress, a couch in pieces, an entertainment stand, some small appliances, and three light bookshelves. Nothing heavier than like 175lbs.
I was told the movers would arrive between 11:00 and 1:00, so we planned our day accordingly. There was an ozone alert for that day so we had drinks, sunscreen, and trail mix ready for them by 11:00. The movers showed up and started the clock at 2:15. A little annoying, because we could have run our cars of stuff to the new place and been back in time to greet them. Not the end of the world.
The movers were super slow wrapping stuff and moving it to the truck; one of them was on his phone every few minutes. Hours later, the same guy is on the ground with a cramp in his leg. He was fine and got moving again eventually, but it did slow them down significantly and they didn't send anyone else to relieve him or help pick up the pace. I eventually had to help to get them to move a little quicker
Six hours later, we get moving to the new apartment. I'm beyond pissed because my fiancé was supposed to be in bed hours ago and we don't even have the bed unloaded yet. We get to the place and there's a third guy ready to help finish the job (Fantastic, but payment is due before they unload, so I'm not saving any money). After I pay over double what I thought I'd be paying, crampy guy straight up vanishes into thin air. No one knows where he went. Turns out he got a ride home and left before everything was unloaded. Bullshit. It was then that I learned it was not only his last day, but also his FIRST day. So I didn't even get two professionals that knew what they were doing and what to expect.
Rest of the unloading goes fine. I wish I had Clay (the third guy that met us after the other two ran up the clock) from the start. Maybe then Kyle (the mover who had more than a day's worth of experience) would've had enough adequate support to finish the job in a timely manner. I blame management for that. Overall, a terrible first experience hiring movers.
TL;DR I paid for two professional movers and was sent 1.5 slow, unprofessional, unsupported men. It cost me a fortune and was a terrible first time hiring a...
Read moreI am highly dissatisfied with All of My Sons Moving & Storage. I contracted their moving services on Friday, March 21, 2025, for Monday, March 24, at 139.00 per hour. I requested 4 movers and requested that it be completed within 2 hours as I only had 20 pieces of furniture, and most did not need shrink-wrap. They did not show up on Monday, March 24, 2025, as contracted and prescribed. I called them, and they stated I had not confirmed. I previously confirmed via text, email, and a phone call that I initiated with them. The local Oklahoma City/Midwest City office blamed it on their corporate office. For me, I do not care about internal issues. I am the customer contracting them as indicated I employed them for services rendered, and they did not render the service on March 24, 2025!
I contacted All of My Sons Moving & Storage Company and and I spoke to a Carli/Carlee (misspelled her name by accident). I spoke to Carli from the local Oklahoma City Office, and she stated that she saw all of my confirmations and would request assistance to discount my services. The movers never allowed me to know a set time frame, and they called me 10 minutes before the movers arrived. That is unprofessional because I need to know the exact time of their arrival. They stated that because they arrived at 2:15 pm that it was their start time. They played around and did not start until 2:45 pm. They only shrink-wrapped 5 of my items and the job took them 9 hours instead of the 3 hours that were promised to me. They had a new driver who constantly complained that I had too much stuff; it was only 20 pieces of heavy furniture and 6 were chairs.
The movers changed drivers halfway through my contracted time, and the company only took off 30 minutes, and it was about an hour that the drivers took to replace each other. The movers kept playing around, stopping to take breaks and on my watch and my dime! They asked me to go to the store and buy them some Gatorade because they ran out of water. I did so on my gas and my time while they were taking breaks on my money!!! In addition, they short-changed me 2.25 for their Gatorades and I told them several times, and they ignored me.
They damaged a lot of my items and I will continue to give them nad reviews. DO NOT USE ALL OF MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE ESPECIALLY OKLAHOMA...
