Indian Ridge Plaza of Mishawaka — Attraction in Mishawaka

Went to Ashley's furniture, right next to Sandy's, seeking bedroom furniture, found a storage bed, 😍sales person, ran a credit check, approved bedroom suite was, agreeded upon, papers signed, purchase made! Went next door, discovered the contract signed with Ashley's was not the same bed, viewed on the display, rales instead of storage🤨 returned to Ashley's furniture, alerted sales person, whom I found to be pleasant, but not well informed about company policies on returns, anyways, allowed to return bed, because was able to negotiate better price for bed I originally, believed I was purchasing, with storage space around bed! Anyway, sales person changed receipt order, for purchase of three additional pieces, minus bed! I put down 600.00 dollars and financed remainder balance! Denied change of venue, by supervisor🧐though I informed her that my receipt was changed and was told to return, not for approval but for signature and was told, my signature confirmed original contract, could not, return bed, and that it would be delived to the parking lot of my apartment in boxes, needing to be picked up and carted up three flights of stairs by me, because I refused to pay 200.00 Additional dollars for delivery and assemble! Now mind you after being denied, cancellation of said bed, because it was said, that furniture was, specially ordered to my specifications, yet when asked if I could at least upgrade to the bed, I thought I was paying for, was denied to do so! Long story short, after signing a new contract 🤷🏾went next door and attempted to purchase bed, I had feel in love with and storage drawers. Now, I have two of the same beds, though it's not the bed I wanted, minus some storage drawers🤨I learned a valuable lesson, hustling is where sales is at right now and the consumers, are considered either irrelevant, or gullible🤨perhaps, I should not have paid 600.00 down at Ashley's and another 500.00 at Sandy's! Research, before you purchase, the game has changed and you can lose out, because of character! Be a wise consumer not a victim to personal whom lack character, honesty and initiative! They have lost a long term customer because of a determined to have it her way, person in charge!!!! I loved my original sales person, but because of human relations, I will be shredding up the credit card and not returning to Ashley's furniture store 🙂be warned, shisty and unfair practices, will cost the store, in a long run! Character, honesty, fairness go a long way! ...

This plaza is well attended. A diverse shopping menu of stores and a very popular restaurant. My patronage today, as most visits, was to buy movies (and movie stuff) at Disc Replay. Also a very popular store. I have shopped in many video outlets, this store is my favorite. Vast selections of movies, in VHS, dvd, blu-ray with TV recordings, of today and yesterday. Video games, of every kind with a lot of the characters, for live play. They have more catagories than I have an understanding of. The only thing that can compete with their prices, are the people behind the counter. They keep the store neat and reasonably organized. With the volume of turn over they handle and the handling of the customers, even on their busy times, they have never failed to satisfy me. Isn't that what we want? Love a few of the stores in the plaza (disc replay & babies-r-us), can't stand a few of the others. The Hacienda in this plaza is the slowest Hacienda in the restaurant's chain. Went in to eat, sat for 20 min in the bar without anyone even asking if we wanted a drink. Walked out. Been there once since (friends wanted to go), slowest service ever. And Clothes Mentor is terrible. Only thing they mentor is their thoughts on your age if you look younger. Staff always has an attitude and is unhelpful.
