We came in the store with a service dog. The dog was clearly marked with a service dog harnesss. Some scowling old lady called Carol Approached us, and demanded to see “the papers for the dog”. Some other guy, perhaps her son, demanded to know what The dog was trained to do. In the meantime, Carol accused the harness of being a fake. When we showed the other guy the license that we have had for over four years he said that it was a fake. He then asked dog was trained to do. I am a disabled veteran diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. They embarrassed and humiliated me. We are traveling the United States in an RV and have been in hundreds of stores, and just as many restaurants. Fantastic store. They have a very large assortment of clothing and designs. Clothing was very reasonable. We spent over a $100 on clothing. The only problem was, we left them there. We thought the other had picked it up. We were vacationing and was out of the state. We called them and they had the items. We were willing to pay for the shipping to have them ship the items to use. We wanted this clothing and willing to pay for the shipping. The manager agreed to pay for half the shipping. We were so so glad they had the items and willing to ship them to us. This place definitely had an amazing selection of Moab branded stuff to take home. And an entire hallway between the two shops was filled with items marked 50% off. Definitely the place to shop if you are looking for souvenirs at a great price.

I asked to try on a sweatshirt I was considering buying and was told to put it on over the shirt (another sweatshirt so that didn’t work well) and that there was a mirror at the back of the store.
