We came in the store with a service dog. The dog was clearly marked with a service dog harnesss. Some scowling old lady called Carol Approached us, and demanded to see “the papers for the dog”. Some other guy, perhaps her son, demanded to know what The dog was trained to do. In the meantime, Carol accused the harness of being a fake. When we showed the other guy the license that we have had for over four years he said that it was a fake. He then asked dog was trained to do. I am a disabled veteran diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. They embarrassed and humiliated me. We are traveling the United States in an RV and have been in hundreds of stores, and just as many restaurants. We thought the other had picked it up. We were vacationing and was out of the state. We called them and they had the items. We were willing to pay for the shipping to have them ship the items to use. We wanted this clothing and willing to pay for the shipping. The manager agreed to pay for half the shipping. We were so so glad they had the items and willing to ship them to us.
