Moab Momento — Local services in Moab

After reading reviews I should not be surprised. I walked in with a service animal in training with it clearly on his vest, the guy at the front asked me what service the dog was in training for I proceed to tell him, the entire time I was looking at another dog already in the store, I ended up not being let in. I talked to the people with the other dog once they came out and there dog was trained for the same thing mine was in training for that they wouldn’t let me in for. We LOVED this store. We met the store owners and they were great people. Very welcoming, great sense of humor. We loved their business hours sign that basically said if they are there they are open. That is store ownership goals. Anyone that doesn’t appreciate that punches a clock way too hard. We loved the items to choose from, they had a variety different than their neighbors on the street and we enjoyed walking around and enjoying their flavor in Moab. Go see them! Friendly and...

Purchased the arrowhead/knife and the rock broke in half after 15 minutes of my son holding it. Tears were shed. Tried to go back the next day to exchange and there wasn’t any thought, just a quick; sorry tough luck answer. Luckily with some super glue I was able to fix it (hopefully it holds) and I think it looks better than before with the wrapping of the string.
