This cafe offer several choices of sandwiches, salads, fruit drinks, coffee. I think that if you go to this Moab eatery, you better be hungry ! And a little fat wallet, I ordered a BLT, since I was just a little hungry, now the blt's I am used to is made of a regular everyday slices of bread and bacon lettuce and tomato in moderate portions , that in other restaurants will coast about $5.00 ,but when you go to this place and order a BLT you will be surprised at the size of this monster of a sandwich, generally your regular sandwich somewhere else will be about 2 inches tall with a nice thin slices of bread, when you go to this cafe and bakery and order a BLT you are for a couple of big surprises , first just the bread itself will be about 2 inches tall with a bunch of lettuce, bunch of tomato and just a few very short of slices of bacon that tasted like imitation bacon of some sort . The second surprise will be the price, I have never had a BLT so expensive, no matter where I ordered from any restaurant, I end up paying $17.55 for the sandwich by the way the Sandwich was about 3 and a half inches tall and maybe a little bit more tall, the bread seems old and semi hard, but the size of the sandwich the long way was about between 6 to 7 inches across. ! I could only eat half of the half of the sandwich, needless to say I can make a 3 times meal out it but, I only wanted a single meal, I ended up dumping a half and a half of the other half, folks I will advise for you to go there if you want to and if you are very hungry and don't mind to take a doggie bag with you, but if the weather is extreme hot your sandwich will not last unless you have a cooler, so there you have it, now it's up to you, you will be better to select a restaurant you're familiar with, than taken an expensive gamble, because we love our food and we like it nice with a good flavor, my wife and I both ditched the nasty colossal sandwiches and headed for Cactus Jack, were we were very pleased with the food, we spend $26.00 for both of our meals, the cafe cost us $37.00 total ,money down the drain. S o it's up to you now, I hoped I will save you some money and...

I got 2 bagel sandwiches, a cinnamon roll, and a smoothie to go this morning. It was one of the best breakfast meals myself and my boyfriend have ever had. Maybe a bit on the pricier side, but it fills you about 3x more than something from a fast food place and it was absolutely phenomenal so it is 110% worth it in my opinion. The staff all seemed super happy to help and were just so cheery. Service was fast and again, the food was just so good. We were able to eat the bagel sandwich for breakfast and lunch, that's how generous the portions are and how filling the ingredients are. No doubt in my mind that everything there is homemade and has been perfected over many years. Everything was so fresh. Moab is also a tourist town so with that in mind as well the food is for sure reasonably priced. It wasn't a super busy morning, but there were still quite a few customers in there but my order came out very fast. I definitely recommend the smoothie with strawberry and raspberry, and the Bob's Bagel (I think is what it's called). The cinnamon roll was amazing, no exaggeration. A perfect level of sweetness, icing, and it was a little doughy in the middle, absolutely delicious. I wish I didn't live across the country from this place. But, everytime I'm back in Moab I'll be getting breakfast here. Sidenote- if you're ever in the area in a bigger vehicle that you aren't supposed to park on the street (truck camper for us) the visitors/information center is really close and has a free 2 hour parking lot with RV...

Went here twice while visiting and the food was great. Unfortunately on our second visit the service was horrible. There was no one in front of us in line when we walked in and we waited 5 minutes to even have our order taken because the gentleman behind the counter was having a political conversation with two customers that had been served. He finally started to take our order. When I requested a cup of water to drink he gave me a hard time and said “well we are in a drought but I can get you a cup of water.” My husband ordered a bagel sandwich and the gentleman then gave him a hard time about his order because they were low on bagels. When it was time to pay, we handed him our cash. He then continued his conversation with the other customers and threw our change at us on the counter. At this point the other customers seemed uncomfortable and left. Had we not been so in shock on how horrible his customer service was, we would have not paid and told him to forget our order. Our friends were next and line and placed their order. It took 30 minutes after we got our food that they had theirs. Very disappointed on the poor customer services from the rude gentleman (that was confirmed to be the owner). If you are looking for somewhere with good customer service and you don’t have to hear political rants while you’re eating, this is not the...

Not exactly sure how you can screw up a BLT but they certainly managed to do it. It was supposed to be a toasted BLT on sour dough bread. First of all I had to go ask where our sandwiches were be because it was taking so long. They were sitting at the pick up window and who knows for how long. They were cold. We didn't ever hear them call our name. My husband said his ruban sandwich was alright but cold. My sandwich wasn't toasted, or if it was there was absolutely no brown toasted colour at all on it. I asked to have it toasted, so they took it apart and said that it was toasted again. By this time it's still white but now it's dried out the bread and it was crumbling as I tried to eat it. So little tomato I could barely taste it. Lots and lots of lettuce filler. My husband had already finished eating his because it took so long for me to get mine. She said the toaster wasn't toasting very good... No kidding. Very expensive as well. >$30.00 for a couple of sandwiches, a cookie and one small coffee. I do not recommend this place at all.

We visited the Red Rock Bakery and Cafe on a Sunday morning around 9am. We got there right before a big rush. They have your typical coffee shop dishes: bagels, bagel sandwiches, scones, cinnamon rolls, and so on. The cinnamon rolls are extremely popular and the first to go every morning (to the disappointment of my daughter and myself). We had a cone which was good. The bagel sandwich was decent as well. Prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly. If you need a place to grab a quick bite this place will definitely work. They have tables and places to eat if you have time to stay. It definitely has the coffee shop feel to it. We'll have to return the next time we're in Moab earlier in the morning to get one of those cinnamon rolls.

It'swinter, so their slow season. I wanted a tasty London Fog. I always have really high expectations and excitement for my first cup of caffeine. Asked for almond milk, purchased drink. Was later informed after I already made payment they only had soy milk. My drink came with one sad stash tea bag I could have gotten at the local grocery. It tasted okay, I think they just added a tea bag to soy milk and called it a London fog. The scones looked really good and my partner's granola with yogurt and fruit was also tasty. Guess I was just disappointed with my drink.
