Terrible service. Ordered a PS5 online at 9am for TODAY pickup in store. Never received an email saying it was ready. Decided to show up at 5PM and ask the status as I needed it for a gift. They tell me everything is good and processed , just waiting for them to send it to the stores system. Waited 2 more hours and was told THE SAME THING! It's been over 10 hours since I placed my order! Called my bank and was told the money was transfered at 10AM!! Nothing the store employee said he could do , call customer service and the scripted people kept repeating the same thing about "the system takes time"...how much time? Why advertise TODAY Pickup if I can't actually get my product that I paid for TODAY!? Canceled my order and went to Best Buy instead. Definitely lost my business , and would suggest people to stay away from...
   Read moreI used to love this place for it's knowledgeable employees and the personal treatment I would receive from them as they knew me on a first name basis I shopped there so much. The new staff is not rude but there very pushy and never try to give me the best deal for being such a valued customer. I will be taking my business to the monroeville mall GameStop or most likely best buy as they are usually cheaper for games anyway. I know a couple thousand a year doesn't matter to your store but I'm sure somewhere else will be thrilled to take it....
