First, we drop off & pick up family members in the dark hours at this station and I have never felt uncomfortable or nervous. I would not mind a few more lights in side parking lots ( could be a city light ordinance, being unable to add more, understandable). The area is clean and well kept, friendly employees at the station & on the trains. Our trips are from WFH to FAR so we are on board a good 21 hours. We have ridden in private and public seating, eaten in the food car & gotten burgers from alcarte. Food was good. Cleanliness was tops & friendly service. Thank you Amtrak for being available.
