Went into the store today (02/17/2024 at 4pm). The lady at the counter was really rude; she told my husband not to allow my toddler to press on the toys as he was going to drain the batteries. I wanted to send our grandson a gift card and was not able to see a shipping address. I called the Kalispell office and was offered a name and phone number for assistance from a helpful gal. I called the Whitefish shop and Denise was more than happy to help. I wanted a real, in the mail, gift card. She went above and beyond to help me out.
