The service here was horrible. The waitress that brought out our food acted like it was an inconvenience to serve my family and I. She started off with “Did you guys have the huge order? If youre going to sit in here at least make the number visible so I know where to bring the food”. The number was literally on the table in a spot that was so easy to see. She then puts the tray down with our food on it and just stood there and looked at us and said “are you gonna take your food off and help me or just stare at it?”. Everyone in our party was completely silent out of shock, so I calmly said “you don’t have to be rude about it”. She then goes on to say “well you don’t need to talk to me with that kind of attitude in MY restaurant” and angrily walks off. I saw her treating other tables with the same amount of disrespect beforehand while we were ordering. This happened on Sunday the 19th, around 2-3pm if that helps narrow it down to who was working. She was a younger girl with short hair and she had on a tie dye shirt that day. I understand that it’s tourist season, but that is not a valid excuse to be outright rude to paying customers. I have 3 years of experience in customer service, specifically the food industry, so I know that busy days are hard. But that doesn’t mean it’s a free pass to take out your...

DO NOT COME HERE!! Worst experience ever! Anyone who gave this place more than 1 star must be a local because the angry man taking food orders in back said how awful it is because of all the tourists and that season is over. Same guy walked by our table and made a derogatory comment about tourists and proceeded to do a rude imitation of tourists standing in line. They abruptly shut down the kitchen at 7:15 on Sunday night and the place was packed and people were standing in line to get food (many people left). We thought we were lucky because we got our order in…but 45 minutes later the horrible pixie haired waitress yelled at us for moving areas (when we were told where to sit) and she couldn’t find us. Later when customers walked to the back to order food they were greeted with the cook shaking a set of metal tongs screaming at them to read the sign “Closed” - We tried to tell the owner, Scott, that the staff was yelling at customers and he yelled at us to get out. Wouldn’t even listen but did say “Californians always want more” but he’d give us all our money back. We tried to explain that’s not what we wanted, we just thought he’d want to know…NO HE DID NOT. If a local suggests this place…run!! PS - the food was as terrible as the customer service. But the bartender...

BRO-Town USA is what this place is. We came here with a group of friends looking for some Whitefish hotspots and this place is definitely on the list of spots to "be" at. Live band playin the back with a few pool tables on one side, video slots on the other and a bar in the middle.

The place gets pretty packed and hard to maneuver around so it's nice that they have outdoor patio seating as well just in case you get a little claustrophobic. There was lots and lots of guys at this place. All tight t-shirts and backwards baseball caps. Hence the Bro-Town comment. But for the most part everyone seemed pretty friendly. I wasn't enthralled to have to pay a $5 cover to drink at a bar but it wasn't THAT bad of a place to hang out. It's actually a pretty cool place to kick back and just have a beer and do some people watching. I did not like some of the folks there - there were a few quite drunk Canadian guys that just come and grab your beer off your table and start drinking it as if it's their own. Or grab a chair from your table and take it else where. There would have been some confrontation but instead we ended up leaving to another bar.

Overall though, lively atmosphere. Very packed. Good live band playing some fun songs to...

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. If you’re just looking for a place to grab a quick drink I’d say this place is fine, but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for food. This restaurant is not only disgustingly filthy, but has horrible food service and cleanliness standards. Upon ordering my food I watched the guy standing in the kitchen, who took my order, spit into a garbage can right in front of me and wipe his face with his hand and then return to handling food without washing. Not to mention how filthy their “kitchen” is. If that wasn’t gross enough, after a few bites of my lasagna I stumbled upon half an eggshell inside in my food. That was the cherry on top for me I can gladly say I will never be returning to this restaurant again, pls if you are considering eating here, I urge you to sit and watch the kitchen in the back before you order as it should change your mind. This place needs to be shut down, at least for foodservice, for the safety of everyone who contemplates eating here.

Will do in a pinch but don't recommend. My husband and I walked in and waited at the bar for way too long. We flagged down the bartender a couple times before we got assistance. The bar and grill wasn't even busy. A couple that arrived to the bar after us got served drinks well before we did. Once we were able to get the bartender we ordered drinks and then had to go to a separate counter to order dinner before my husband and I carried our own drinks/dinner outside to eat on their patio. The garden buger is not vegan! I'm glad the man taking our order mentioned it contains cheese and can't be ordered without. I ended up with the veggie sandwich which was ok but the fries were very cold.

It's a fine place if you're going to just have a beer and hang with friends. For food you go all the way to the back and order and pay at the counter. The guy was rude and impatient. You then have to go to the bar to order and pay for water, tea, soda, etc. But since you're not getting alcohol they act like it's an inconvenience to help you. She then gave me a soda instead of a tea and she sighed when I pointed that out. We then had to find a table to eat at which was hard because people were just kind of scattered about. When they brought the food out they just kind of tossed it on the table and walked away. The food also wasn't great.
