Was there today on 10/22/22 around 11am

A couple of people in front of me were welcomed and greeted into the store. When the same lady by the register saw me, she quickly turned around as to ignore me. I even purposefully went to the counter to look at the cute stickers to see if I'd like to purchase some, she was only 2 feet away from me and didn't even ask if she could help me since they were behind the glass case.

Then I just walked away and noticed a $200 jacket I liked and would have definitely purchased. Again she just looked at me and didn't say a thing to me since the jacket was difficult to get on my own. I was very uncomfortable by her tasteless customer service and sales skills and left to find my Husband in the Mens area of the store.

My Husband spotted a wallet in the Mens area he loved and a young girl approached us at the register just looking at us and never saying hi or how may I help you. I finally had to ask her how does the SECRID wallet work to eject the Credit Cards? Before she even said anything I had already figured it out myself.

The wallet was $100. They lost a $300 sales all because of how impersonal the staff was.

We are a frequent customer of the Toggery, and always look forward to shopping there when we get into town. We also recommend it to all of our friends, so we were a bit put out by our experience yesterday.

Myself and my friend were loaded down with clothing, and tried to check out at the front register.

There was a lady ahead of us, at the register trying on clothes and looking at herself in the mirror. The woman at the register never made eye contact with us, ignored us, and just kept complimenting this woman on the clothes she was wearing.

One of my favorite stores in the area. They always have cute clothes and shoes and you can hit some amazing sales throughout the year! I decided to leave a review today though because I bought a very expensive pair of jeans back in the fall (4 months ago) and I brought them back into the store today because they weren’t holding up. I wasn’t sure how they were going to handle it but the lady at the register was amazing. She apologized that they weren’t holding up and refunded me for them right away.
