This place was utterly rude and obviously only caters to tourists. I walked in and looked at wedding sets for about 10 minutes with not even so much as a "Hello" or "How can I help you" or "Would you like to look at something?" I was ignored while the people from Spokane were offered tea and and asked if they have seen the Montana Sapphires....well those people walked out of the store not spending a dime and I was still looking after they left and still NO ONE came up to me to see if I wanted help. And clerks were up at the counter .....I had cash in my pocket ready to buy something and was completely ignored like I wasn't important and treated like my money wasn't good enough. So as I was walking out of the store I stood in the middle of the floor looking at (who I found out from someone who has been in the store before ...was the owners daughter).....and she never looked up at me....so I walked out the door and I hear "Thanks for stopping by".....well Lady....you just lost a sale with cash money due to your rudeness. Wont ever step in that...

My husband and I purchased our Tacori wedding rings through Stacey about 9 years ago. We wanted to support a local family business and we have not been disappointed with the quality and especially the service. Over the years we have continued to purchase items and every single experience has been exceptional. We moved away a couple years ago and I recently reached out to Stacey regarding some jewelry repair guidance. She and her team went above and beyond to assist me in getting my ring repaired, even though I no longer lived there! When you make a purchase here, you are a customer for life! Always very friendly and helpful, and so accommodating! I have severe arthritis (have since I was 14), and as a result my ring finger is a size 9.5. They helped me find a new ring, as my original wedding ring from them no longer fit, and their in house jeweler was able to size it to my size! (I'm a little hopeful someday my fingers won't be quite so swollen, so I didn't want to size up my original ring) On top of all that, it shipped to us so fast!...
