TownGate Square — Attraction in Moreno Valley

This WinCo is very unprofessional. Just the other day, I perhaps was walking out to my vehicle, after shopping and I had seen these two security guards literally jump on this one dude. That was half their size. When these two security guards came up out to the parking lot, the guy left the cart by the entrance. These "SECURITY GUARDS" passed the cart like the cart wasn't the target. It was the guy. The guy wasn't even resisting and they were very violent to him. Had him in hand cuffs, they had his left hand cuffed to one of the security guards hand and the right hand cuffed to the other security guards hand. It was very uncalled for, I was going to call 911. Every security guard that's on duty have a procedure to go by when situations like that happen. They were very unprofessional and went to the extreme. I know they hurt the dude on purpose, taking their role to the head and abuse their power as a security guard. I was very disturbed and the ones around me were. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this WinCo, it can easily become an unsafe environment for you or your family. Even as witnessing something like...

Lunch at Portillos this afternoon. From the day this place opened a few years ago here in Moreno Valley, the food AND the service was always 5 star stellar!!! However, seems like a year or so ago, it changed owners, and we have noticed a slight downgrade in both. Today, we see thhere is ANOTHER change of ownership posted in the front window. Biased review. My girlfriend and I were brought here by a friend (goD rest his soul) who came here from Chicago to California to teach us the ways of the Chic'. The flavor is incredible, the scenery is definitely something beautiful, and the chocolate cake shake...yeah, you read that right...a fricking chocolate cake is dumped inside this shake and served.
