It was a nicely gated area for dogs to run and enjoy themselves and I also liked how they have the double gated entrance where you open the first part and walk in, shut that gate so you and your dog are inside the middle part and then you open the next gate to walk inside the actual dog park. A big open fenced area is all it is though.. just thought they could've added a few little things for the dogs to play on and play with. I was a little uncomfortable by the increased presence in people under the bridge with backpacks and bags standing around smoking and talking loudly. There were some guys who wondered around alone talking to themselves; it seemed perhaps earbuds connected to cellular devices. I was put off by the presence of so many what seemed homeless people. I didn't feel safe and left. I wanted a dog park that wasn't a mud hole I could use close to her school before...

Water and waste bags are provided, there are many benches and the park is very clean. There's also a gate at the bottom that leads down to a shallow creek that is perfect for the dogs to run and cool off in.
