NO STARS IS MORE APPROPRIATE!! The only thing I recommend to buy from there is... NOTHING! They buy used items, systems, games, etc. They "restore" and "referbish" things. NO! THEY DONT! FALSE ADVERTISING IS WHAT THEY ARE FULL OF! I had purchased a PS2 there about 4 months ago (EST. Price is about $70 after a mem card and a couple games) after about a month, the PS2 stopped reading everything. These items are suposed to be guaranteed to work. I walk 2-1/2 hrs to deal with him just to see him sell broken items displayed as working. Everything used that we ever bought from there by me and my wife has broken/stopped working within 30 days and they will not attempts and refuse to make it right. The owner and staff are very nice and extremely helpful. They will answer all your questions, help you with any merch you are interested in or having issues with. They have a great policy on their used gaming systems. I had an issue with one of the three systems we purchased and he quickly helped me and made sure I was really satisfied with the outcome of our purchase. They are always running a sale on one thing or another so check their Facebook add. We visit this location often for vintage games. They have nice stock including Atari, NES, SNES, GameCube, PS -PS4 including PSP, all the Xbox’s, Wii, WiiU, Segas, Dreamcast, etc, you name it and you can probably find it here. I recently spent a lot of money buying a couple Pokemon games and a 3ds from their store, one of the games came from another store and was broken when I tried playing it. The workers went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue and I am more than appreciative of them for going through the effort to fix the issue. I told them they didn't have to do all that they did but they did it anyways to ensure that you are taken care of, they are awesome.

They have a great staff always friendly, the staff member and the manager who helped me today are especially awesome for going to the lengths they did to help.
