Everyone is so helpful and take their time to help you get exactly what is best suited for you. I purchased a hardtail Cannondale bike from there back in 2012, then recently went back in to educate myself about the full suspension bikes. I went in several times looking with different questions and not once was anyone pushy or irritated. About two months later, I broke down and purchased one that we decided would be best suited for me and my riding goals. Andy was beyond helpful, he not only taught me about them but went out of his way to find the exact one I wanted.

I love the diversity of gear in Pathfinders and thoroughly enjoy shopping here. Recently, I got into bikepcking and was filling my cart up on an online site just for a list and to educate myself on the costs of things. Went into Pathfinders expecting a little higher prices, but they were actually the same price and many were cheaper!!! They had everything I needed in stock, except for one thing and were happy to order it for me! Great small town business that keeps their prices very competitive. Thank you for all your help...

One of my favorite stores in the world. Whenever friends ask the question, "If you could spend an unlimited amount of money in one store, what would it be?" I always think of Pathfinder. Their selection of great gear is second only to their customer service. The staff is fantastic at meeting your needs and respecting your budget.

I initially entered wanting to tune up and wax my board, but it had seen better days since I bought it from them almost a decade ago. Chris did a great job at helping me pick the right replacement snowboard for me after explaining the various options and benefits of each board. He even was kind enough to swap out my bindings onto my new board. I like my board so much that I didn't want to put any stickers on it, but after seeing their signature Pathfinder sticker, I had to add it to my board. I'll forever be a Pathfinder customer.

Love this store. First of all, it's just a great outdoor sports store and it is also locally owned, not a huge chain. Second, they have an amazing selection and will work with you on ordering anything they don't have in stock. But more importantly, customer service is excellent. They want to sell you what you want and need, not try to upsell you for the "best" or "most expensive." Just a good overall customer experience in that store. Comparable pricing to big box stores and online markets as well, so that was a bonus. As an example of customer service, I e-mail through their website regarding the availability and installation of a Thule car top carrier.
