No ticket needed, just park by The Rock, sit on a bench facing the Bay and enjoy the Otters antics free of charge! We especially enjoyed the enteraction between an Otter and a Seagull over the clams the Otter brought up. Wonderful!! Can't beat Natural behavior for...
