It was our first time doing a sauna and cold plunge today, and it will not be our last. Ari is a very friendly and knowlegable host and gave us instructions prior to us starting. The sauna is very comfortable and has a timer inside so you can track how long you are in there. The cold plunge tubs were surprisingly comfortable. I feel so clear and like I had a detox for my whole body. Very relaxing and the hour flew by. I also came in sore after a few very active days and feel so much better. I can see why this has been such a popular spot and we will definitely be back soon. We were at SLO Ranch today and got lunch afterwards - a perfect day date. My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to stumble across Ari's Sauna parked along the water in Morro Bay. We signed up for a 6 pm slot and had a great time getting to know the 5 other strangers who joined us. The sauna was conveniently parked across from the beach, so we were able to do a few sauna/cold plunge circuits right in the bay! Ari was a kind and friendly host. We enjoyed talking to her before and after.
