My wife and I went into the store yesterday and I found a Christmas sign for $4.99. My wife found two sweaters as gifts. We purchased the 3 items and we noticed as she was gift wrapping them that the Christmas sign’s price take was covered with another sticker and it was actually $24.99 (she peeled it off when she checked us out). We took it back the next day because the line was about 5 customers deep right before closing and my wife didn’t want to be a problem. We took it back today and they told us that all accessories are final sale. I told her that the price was partially covered and there is no sign that says sales final (a receipt is given after a transaction so how would you know). She pulled up a little sign from behind the credit card machine saying, “it was right here.” If you have you’re policy hidden on a 6x4 inch sign behind other things, you give the perception of being unethical. They lost customers. This was where I did a lot of my Christmas and birthday shopping for my wife and friends. All they had to do was fix a problem that they are responsible for. Also, we are in a pandemic and a mask mandate. I don’t care what your political stance is, show that you care about your customers and...
Read moreI recently purchased a top and was excited to take it on our trip. I probably should have tried it on before we left but I didn’t. I took off the tag (big mistake) and put it on to wear to dinner. It doesn’t hang right and the binding around the neck sticks out instead of laying down like it should. It’s very cheap quality and not well made. I called this morning when we got home to talk to them about returning it. Because I was a little over the 14 day period and because I removed the tag, I’m now stuck with it. I won’t be shopping here again because they weren’t accommodating at all and wouldn’t go against their store policy. Another online boutique (Mint Julep Boutique) let me exchange after their 14 days because they said they understand it’s hard to get to the post office sometimes and they extended it because of COVID 19. I will definitely continue to shop with them. That’s how customer service should be. I'm adding at this time that yes, I did try to gently try to iron the binding around the neck, but it still wouldn't lay down right. I should have made a picture. I'm still sending it back because I won't wear it. Do what you want with it since you won't give me a...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of shopping with the most charming boutique, and I can’t stop raving about it! The shop is beautifully curated, with stunning clothes that are both stylish and unique. Every piece of clothing seemed to hold something special, making it a treasure trove for anyone who loves fashion. What truly set this boutique apart, though, was the owner. She was an absolute gem—so sweet, attentive, and genuinely invested in making my experience unforgettable. From the moment I shopped online with her, she made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer. She took the time to understand my style, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made me feel completely at ease. The level of service was impeccable. When I was browsing, she was always quick to assist without being overbearing. It’s rare to find someone who blends professionalism and warmth so effortlessly. Overall, shopping here was such a delightful experience. I walked away not only with beautiful new pieces for my wardrobe but also with a smile, feeling appreciated and cared for. I can’t recommend this boutique enough—if you’re looking for stunning clothes and incredible service, this is the...
