If I could give this place 0 stars I wouldn't think twice about it but google doesn't give that option. This place annoys my life. They do not need to let teenagers work there, they have a serious attitude problem one of the employees threw the carry out box at my bf. Ive been here several times, first time it was a good experience. But after the first visit its just terrible.

I order the most simplest sandwich in the world. Just white bread with ham lettuce and pickle. That is so simple but they manage to mess it up every time. The second time I went there they gave me a whole sandwich I didn't even order. and I drove all the way home before I even realized that it was wrong. I was so mad I had to drive extra 20 minutes just to get my money back. When my bf and I go there they basically just give me the same sandwich as him which is everything I didn't ask for. If the receipt says no cheese just lettuce and pickle, how does tomato, bacon, and mayo also end up on the sandwich. HOW SWAY!!!! HOW!!!!

I asked for something so simple that requires less work and they manage to do the most and give me the wrong sandwich. Today I order the same thing and the employee there whenI told her that it was wrong she just stood there looking like a retard. She took the food back and all they did was just take the mayo, tomato, and bacon off and gave me the same sandwich back. LIKE SERIOUSLY AND YALL WANT TO GET PAID HIGHER WAGES. GET REAL!!!! If you read the receipt carefully the first time, you wouldn't have to remake the sandwich in the first place. That was the second time I just asked for a refund. Y'all need a completely new staff.

I only chose this place because Murfreesboro doesn't have too many options when it comes to places that offer...

Today I stopped by to get my granddaughter a simple sandwich for her break at 1pm. I ordered and paid, rounding up as I always do. There were 2 orders ahead of me, that amounted to 6 people, who came in the back door. My order was simple, a ham and cheese, just ham and cheese nothing else. There were 5 employees there, 3 making sandwiches, 1 cashier, and one man appearing to be the manager maybe. It took longer than I have ever waited,even on Sunday after church. The young man making sandwiches was continually yawning, while the 2 girls were laughing and joking it appeared. I finally got my name called and my sandwich placed on counter. When my granddaughter opened the bag that the sandwich was in, the container was all greasy looking. The sandwich had hardly anything on it. Remember, it was only ham and cheese, no toppings or mayo or nothing, so you'd think at least enough ham and cheese would be on it, but very little was there. No pickle either. Guess they forgot. So I paid $16.00 for this. Very disappointed. I have found that you get better service during the weekday but I think I'll give Firehouse Subs a break for awhile. Need more friendly capable employees who pay attention to what they're doing. I'll take my hard earned...

If I COULD give this location no star's I would ,my husband and I went to fire house subs today to get lunch when we ordered we told the young lady taking our order that he is allergic to mushrooms and cant have any on his sub and none can come in to contact with our food. How ever when we got our subs , there were mushroom on his sub , we didn't find this out until he was 2 bites in and had already ingested the mushrooms . As he stood up to go take the sub back to the front of the store , he had to rush to the bathroom to vomit . I took the sub up to the counter and explained to a young man what was going on , and pulled a mushroom out to show him that there were mushrooms on this sub . He offered to remake it , when I went to tell the manager what was going on the manager was friendly enough , but the General manager / District manager was rude and said that he had pulled the sub out of the trash and that there were no mushrooms on the sub .
