Big Dog Pawn & Jewelry — Attraction in Murray

Came in to purchase a fire arm and paid upfront and initially had forgot proof of current address, was informed I can come back any time in the next week or so with proof and collect my purchase. Came the next day but was too late for BCI to answer ( employee purposefully wasted time to call at 7:01 when they were closed so he could leave on time for his shift I presume) was told no problem just come back when I can make it before. Came back about 4-5 days later as this was the first day my work schedule allowed this time Frame and was denied purchase due to taking too long. Completely wasted my time and never informed me of any time limits and ultimately would not even let me move forward with my purchase, even though I had already paid for the item and brought proof of address the next day(which they took photos of). they Refunded my money so they get 1 star. Was my first and last time coming to Big Dawg pawn. I recommend going literally anywhere else that would be at least honest and straight with you about any rules or time limits and also not charge you $500 before the purchase has even gone through. Then to ultimately deny the item after giving you the option to come back later, when they should have just refunded the money day of (or not charged me until the proper paperwork was completed?) and I could have just gone elsewhere instead of having all my money tied up for absolutely no reason in the end as I will now still need wait at least 48hrs more for it to be returned. Completely incompetent...

Seeing the true colors of what kind of business you are truly is very disappointing.. when I walk into the store to get a pawn and knowing how much my items is worth and you giving me a horrible price for it on loan. you pawn shop is not by helping people at all you judge cause when they pawn something and customer don't pay you back and you become disrespectful and pick your customers by favoritism and that's not a business! that's a snake and care about money is all and not helping the customers at all at the of day . when went for item and you lowballed me on loan for 100 bucks when it's way more than that I went to ( Xtreme Pawn and they offered me what I wanted on loan no questions asked ) I will no longer do bussiness with two face people and that's what your bussiness is and tell Randy if she doesn't like her Dads bussiness then leave it and stop making daddy proud with fake happiness thinking you love your job when you don't and you treat customers like nothing behind his back. I came in clueless looking for some silver, you see I like to collect coins, antiques, (these and those, what have you!) as I am creating a mountain to advance My fortune! I’m greeted by the bright Sarah Lockabee who guided Me through My journey, indeed she helped me select 4 beautiful coins for My collection. I chopped it up with a bright fellow Nic Lucero, and let me tell you, this guy is hilarious! Craig Marvin Decisto and Mason M Howells even grabbed the door for Me on My way out!
