We did the 20 minute quick escape since the one we were trying to attend was booked & we would have to share the room with other people🥴 The room was very nice. My biggest complaint is the attentiveness of the workers in charge of the assigned room. We waited a lot waiting for a response & later figured out after completing the room that she left for lunch. Great experience if you want something quick to do in town. Wouldn’t return due to the service.

Went with our adult children. Did the Walking Dead Escape Room. Enough challenges to keep us entertained but were out with a lot of time to spare. Helped that our son knew the TV show as some of the clues referenced characters in the show. You can still figure it out even if you don't watch the show, will just take longer. The hostess wasn't too friendly. Didn't get a warm and fuzzy feel from her. Overall though, fun way to spend a rainy afternoon.

My girlfriend and I had a blast! We did the Walking Dead room and it was challenging and honestly very scary and nerve-wracking. We did have to use all of our clues but we did come out with 10 seconds left. My girlfriend ran out at the end screaming because of the jump scares. Would highly recommend spending the money, it’s totally worth it. (If you do the walking dead it definitely helps if you know the show!)

Loved how immersive this escape room is. Loved how many different rooms there were. Loved that you could get hints and that our host offered to help us out when we really needed it even before we asked. The hints were very helpful and straightforward. Loved that you only use each item once and that that was made clear to us at the intro. Loved the many different kinds of clues and puzzles and there were some really unique and original ones!

Now for the negatives: It was hard to find the location as it is called race to escape online, but that's not the name on Google maps or on the building.

10 people was way too many people, especially for the number of clues and how linear everything was. Most of us spent most of our time just waiting around for people to move out of the way.

It was a lot more physical than I was expecting. We can people in our group with physical challenges that had extreme difficulty getting through and almost had to quit the game part way through.

The intro was very misleading. We were specifically told nothing we should move would be over 3 lbs. That blocked us for quite a while as the first thing we needed to do was move something over 3 lbs. We were also told that one group would stay put and solve a math problem. Fine, except that it was implied we could solve it when instead we could not for 2 reasons: one of the clues was not in out room, but in the room accessed by the other group. With so many people, communication was next to impossible so that clue wasn't going to be shared with us. Reason #2 the math problem was written incorrectly. The equals sign means each side should equal each other and that is not how that math problem works.

This room not clean. There was a lot of writing on the walls. Which I guess is fine, but would definitely be considered a red herring which we were told there weren't any of. Also, there was writing on the white board. I'm guessing that was from a previous group? The white board marker was just about out of ink, so that made things difficult. Also there were a bunch of used mouth pieces on the floor...gross!

This was by far the easiest, simplest escape room we've ever done. That's not necessarily a negative as sometimes it's nice to just be successful. However, because everything was so easy to solve, spending so much time standing around waiting for other group members was not fun because I didn't even have anything to think about. Although I am curious what the other rooms are like I am not eager to try them...

First I’d like to say I don’t go in with high expectations when it comes to escape rooms. My husband and I were so excited. The staff member who helped us was very nice and very busy. I get it. First Thing our room was not set up all the way to begin with. The last door for the final room was unlocked. One of the first clues involved you finding something very essential for going into the rest of the escape room and after opening all of the locks, we could not find all parts of the item we needed. Which considering how we started with things out of order, it’s safe to believe the piece we needed was not put in its place. We brought this to the staffs attention multiple times and we kept getting yanked around until we opened the locks and still didn’t have all the pieces. We asked for clues and we had 2 different people talking to us so they were contradicting each other so we were unable to solve the puzzle because one person told us we needed the object that was no where to be found and another completely ignored what we were saying about needing the object to finish the puzzle. we kept wasting time to explain. They must’ve been low manned because we couldn’t even get a response near the end of the room anymore. Locks were faded. It was so loud that we couldn’t hear. And dark which shouldn’t have been if we could find the last piece of the object we needed at the beginning of the room. trust me I can admit when I suck, this isn’t that. I’ve tried and failed and I always come out laughing regardless. I just have never seen a more disorganized escape room with subpar service. That was the biggest waste of $65 dollars I ever spent plus a tip. I have done 30 escape rooms and this is the first time I have ever walked out before the time was up because it was that chaotic and unenjoyable. This is also the first time I’ve ever left a bad review anywhere. Im not here to get anyone in trouble, just know we will never be back and please get it together for future groups that come in and want to try one...

We we very much looking forward to this escape room as the Wizard Of Oz is my absolute favorite! We were incredibly disappointed in most of it.

Some of the clues were on par with other escape rooms we’ve done. Hard and challenging but make sense in the end. There were many here that didn’t even make sense. The first room for instance had two sets of a clue, one that was to figure out the code the other was there to purposely confuse you I guess. That’s frustrating. Never had that in any other room we’ve done.

The next room one of the locks and item inside was not put back from the previous group so we were completely lost. One of the lights wasn’t working on another item. One of the clues we had to use was which one of these buckets will fill up first? Well there was goop or something all over the laminated clue and you couldn’t see it well. Then the clue itself was false because the one tube to the cup was blocked so it couldnt have worked. We ended up just trying different combos and stumbled across the right answer.

The employee giving clues when we asked was helpful and nice

When we were done after actually escaping, we mentioned our issues and the girl at the counter gave excuses as to why the game wasn’t set up from the precious players stating that people try and damage things so they don’t always put things back together. Whaat?? Then she told us that there was a shift change and she wasn’t responsible for it and she’s just there to take our money and let us in the room. We asked to talk to a manager and she told us to look on the website to get the owners number but that she will just tell us the same thing.

Would absolutely not recommend for my other Wizard Of Oz lovers out there or anyone who enjoys escape rooms.

Just for reference we have done about 10 different escape rooms all over during our travels and this was the...
