Do NOT waste your time or money here. They have absolutely no respect for the people paying. There is no point in going to a place where they’re just going to yell at you and get mad over the smallest things. The lady with the black hair and Sublime shirt, as well as the guy with the beard, were super nice. But once I walked upstairs with my group, a nasty lady—who clearly must have been having a terrible day or something—greeted us. Me, my friend, and his grandpa were walking up. His grandpa (who is the nicest and funniest person in the world, and loves to joke around) was taking his time and wanted to record. We told this woman that he had his phone, and the first thing she does is start yelling. This man is paying you—to scare him. You could at least be polite. Instead, she yells at our grandpa and screams, “GET OFF YOUR PHONE!” After that, she continues being rude, yelling and getting angry whenever our grandpa jokes. At one point, she says something and our grandpa replies, “Even our guns?”—as a JOKE. Now listen: you work at a tourist attraction. We are tourists. How were we supposed to know a kid got shot here? (Please learn to take a joke.) Inside, it was so poorly lit that I couldn’t see anything and had to feel my way through while leading our grandpa. We went through the whole thing in about 10 minutes, which was honestly pretty sad. I’m sorry to say this, but the experience was truly disappointing, and I am not happy. I’ve been dwelling on it all day because of how much it pissed me off, and honestly, I wish I could’ve knocked that girl down a few levels. How could you be so damn rude? Also—if a 14-year-old is writing this, you...
Read moreI do NOT recommend this place. The lady in the green hair that was working at zombie zone, not sure who she really was.. but it was pouring the rain & I had 3 kids with me and we stood up in the stairwell that’s connected to zombie zone to get my 3 kids out of the rain for a few minutes (mind you, they had ZERO customers.. & they was allowing a guy to stand in the stairwell. The lady with the green hair was VERY rude & said “I cannot have people standing up in here when this is for customers only” like are you kidding me, you have NO customers atm & can’t let kids get dry for a minute.. she started cussing at us, trying to fight my mother in law and everything. It was horrible I give them NO stars. She needs fired & taken down a notch! Not sure who to report it to other than leave a review.
Edit to add: When we go up in the stairwell to get my little kids out of the rain for .2 seconds, there was a man already standing in the stairwell.. doing the SAME exact thing. When we were told to get out of the stairwell, he went out as we did & then right as soon as we left, they allowed him to go right back up in the stairwell to get out of the rain. Mind you, once again.. they have ZERO customers. No one was coming up/down the stairwell.. who would wanna go to this place of business after they treat the public, including very small children like this & then their employee’s act belligerent & try to start a fight with an elderly lady. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior, no matter what codes you wanna try and make it sound good with. Why let someone else stand in the stairwell to get out of the rain but no...

I gave this place another try since I was in the area, and I'm happy to say, it was a MUCH better experience than my first time!
As I walked through the attraction, it was quite obvious that there were multiple actors this time around, which made the experience feel a lot more fresh, and it was a lot livelier this time too, with flash bangs, noises and flashing lights, along with actors that you could hear taunting you when they weren't trying to scare you!
First impressions are everything, so I'm glad my second impression was much better 😊😎
Original review March 2022: It was a nice little experience, but I think it could have benefited from some more props, like flashing lights and stuff, and definitely more actors.
I appreciate the actors and the employees for making this possible, and they did a good effort, but every time one would pop out from a corner or whatever to scare me, it honestly felt like it was the same...
