Sand Bucket Motel — Hotel in Myrtle Beach

Terrible experience, Owner/Operator Is the worst , very nice until you give your money , no formal check in procedures, no receipts, no amenities to speak of. Night security was a joke and room smelled. Felt very unsafe on the premises, the owner had her boyfriend asking me and my guest questions about who was in my room and later said that i couldn’t have guest in my room to visit. this was a real terrible place to stay even for a last minute decision as well as the many people that i think are living in some of the rooms on the second level that seemed to have an issue with drugs and i wouldn’t be surprised if the owner/operator was high herself with her delusional comments and behavior. needless to say i planned to stay a full weekend but left...

This a great little motel. Whoever wrote that other review was just obviously mad over their car. Maybe they should have parked in the right place.

The hotel is run by two women who keep it very clean. If you are going for the super fancy resort, this isn't it. But it is a great little place to stay. Nothing is very up to date but it is clean, in a convenient location and inexpensive. You are not going to find another place right on the strip at this price. I love it because I can walk to everything.

This place is a joke it said all room for 45 buck and once u get here and they want to charge by the head and the room have two bed place was nasty and had bugs in the room and this owner Sandy was the rude and very ugly when I walk in to the office . I walk in the door in the room the house keeper don't clean the room and she was rude also. I will never come back to this. Don't waste ur money. Lot people on drug.
